I went here and tried out their VR race game. They had a buy 1 get 1 free promotion going on for $10. I chose to do this.

I was helped onto the machine and was told gas is on the right, brake is on the left.

When the game started I made it through the first couple turns then a sharp turn came up. I hit the brake (on the left) and the car didn't slow down at all. I plowed into the wall at full speed and wrecked it.

This being a sim game, broke my car. The guy never said anything about the car having a clutch. I went to get some help and they offered none. They instead, started insulting me telling me to learn to drive a car. I did not get to finish my current race, start my next race or even get any kind of refund. I hope they appreciate my $10 donation.

My boyfriend purchased a black i phone 7plus from them as a surprise for me, and when we tried to activate the phone at Sprit it was still connected to someone else’s account. They don’t offer refunds, so I swapped out the phone and tired two more phones that were also active on other people’s accounts. The store was closing, so the store owner said I had to come back tomorrow to get a another phone, that would be brought from their other store. Finally when my boyfriend went back up there, they had an iPhone that we could activate. The owner made no effort to make up for the time and gas spent for their inconvenience. The whole situation was unprofessional and ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. The phone wasn’t even the color I originally...

Horrible they take official sony ps4 controller cases and put refurbished and non sony pieces in the controllers and sell as new. I got home my controller turns off stops working I have to hit the reset button every 5 minutes to use one of their "new"controllers. They bootleg items illegally and charge u like they r saving u money. Very upset with this scam. If it's not original or new don't go selling like it is I wasted 50 in this store my ps4 controller works 5 freaking minutes and turns off. I am 39 and gave been playing ps for over a decade this has never ever happened to me when I buy a controller. Very disappointed horrible...
