Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Norton Shores

I don't really care too much for chicken, but they do a really good job here. I haven't tried everything, but the items that I have tried have been very good. I've had the deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich a few times, the chicken nuggets a few times, the mac and cheese, and the waffle fries. Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich - Hot, juicy, crispy, very good.

Chicken Nuggets - Tender and juicy, very good.

Mac and Cheese - I gave it a try and it was okay.

Waffle Fries - Hot and crispy. They hold salt, ketchup, and flavor better than the other fry types that you get from the competition restaurants.

When I was Down South there was a chicken salad sandwich on the menu so I gave it a try and I was surprised at how good it was. I ate the sandwich, returned to the counter, and ordered another to go. I haven't seen the sandwich on any other menu boards since I left the South.

It's Wonderful that Chick-fil-A FINALLY installed clear, seethrough booths for their outdoor order takers! Those perky, pleasing, top notch employees were suffering Western Michigan's worst - long enough! What Confused and Angered me most about this new situation was, the booths being placed about 15 feet ahead of the lit up sign that is the menu! I felt so embarrassed having to ask what was available and I couldn't even get myself to utter, "What's the price?" 😬 It was a good thing I had my Mom along for the ride to Holland that day because, not knowing the new prices at Chick-fil-A, Blew my budget to pieces!!! Stopped here for lunch and ordered their Chicken Tortilla soup. We drove across the street to another store and stopped to eat. The lid for the soup wasn't put on tight and had leaked in the bag. It spilled in our vehicle and on my lap. On top of this, the soup was barely even warm.

I called and their only resolution was to ask if I had the app. You shouldn't need an app just to get a simple fast food lunch! After driving back and speaking with a manager, all they could say was "I'm sorry" without any proposed resultion. No offer to remake the bowl with hot soup, no offer for a refund, nothing.
