My husband and I are buying a TV from them. When they delivered it they didn't set it up after we got everything hooked up the sound didn't work so we took it back up there because they wouldn't come pick it up or call us back when they said they would. They gave us a new one. We got home with it the sound and picture wouldn't work this time so we called for several weeks and no reply. Finally they told us to bring it up there and they said the screen was broken. (It wasn't when we left the house) so we were told they couldn't do anything with it cause we had broken it and it was "our fault" because we transported it in our vehicle.
