Traffic Jamz — Local services in Gadsden

Bought a 7"Soundstream cd,dvd,bluetooth am,fm reciever online with backup camera. Brought to Traffic Jamz to install.1st phone call I recieved was didnt want to put the camera in tha came with unit,suggested a tag camera,2nd phone call was I had a bad reciever( wouldnt turn off with key),sold me a smaller 6.5" jvc unit. When I talked with company about my ( bad unit) I was told after 04 Fords on an aftermarket install a switched hot wire may have to run to fusebox,due to thier switched wire is for data. Needless to say I took the (bad 7" unit an installed myself and it worked just fine). My original is larger and much easier to operate than the high $ jvc unit I was sold. The tag camera works but is an eyesore not to mention more $ ! Company has changed what should have been a simple and fair priced install turned into nearly triple the price,not cool !!! I used to respect company,and send them business,but after the well known scam that I was dealt I say consumers beware....,i had thought of shop as a place to go for installs,Wrong....! Not too long ago i sent a friend of mine there for an install as well,he had brought his own amp,and was not correctly hooked up (so wouldnt sound right,or like amp was bad)tried to sell him one of thier amplifiers,also the hot wire to power the large amp was the size i have run to subwoofers.(underpower the amp). Basically if not buy anything from company will be a bad install like the equipment that you bought elsewhere does not work or is malfunctioned,so will by their merchandise. i used to do all my own installs, never had any issues ....,now i...

My dad surprised my mom last year with getting remote start put into her car. It's a daily driver for my mom so it's used every morning when she leaves for work. We'll yeaterday morning her car wouldn't start so she took my dad's truck and my dad called them and someone came out and fixed it til we could get the car back to the shop later that day. So about 2:30 I went to take the car to the shop and it wouldn't start. So I called them and due to them being really busy couldn't get someone out to my house and that they would have someone come out when they closed at 5. They showed up after they closed and couldn't get it fixed because they had to go back and get a new module but came back after 6:30 and fixed my moms car in the rain. Definitely love the service they provide and will continue...
