If I could’ve put negative I would’ve. I purchased a bridesmaid dress from them back in November for a wedding in march. The week of the wedding I tried the dress on that was sent to and noticed it 2 sizes to big. The associate I worked with ordered the wrong size. So I called the Gainesville store they told me they had my size in the dress and I could not return my dress, if it look like it had been worn or altered. I get to the Gainesville store the next morning to get the dress and locally I tried it on because I noticed the zipper was messed up, That’s an easy fix, but it also had a stain on it. I asked the associate about the stain, Elizabeth assured me that that was the only dress in my size at all of the locations so with the wedding being a week away I went ahead and exchanged it for that for a discounted price. I went to my car and started calling the different locations to see if anyone had the address and I found a location that had the dress brand new in my size, so I went back in to this location to return the stained dress that I bought from them and the lady tried to tell me that I couldn’t return it because it had a stain on it. The way that Elizabeth spoke to me the associate next to her was embarrassed, and also the associate at the other David’s bridal Location, who I was on the phone with who was also embarrassed. Not knowing I had the store manager from the Jacksonville location on speaker on the phone. Elizabeth tried to tell me I could take the stained dress to that location and exchange it for a brand new dress but before she could finish her sentence Mrs. I Amy from the Jacksonville Location told her that I could not do that because they wouldn’t be able to sell the dress. To the associate that was standing next to Elizabeth, I would like to say thank you for stepping in and resolving the problem by refunding me for my original dress onto a merchandise card that way I could go to Jacksonville and get the...

I do not recommend this place, they are not professional . I ordered 3 dresses on January 31,2024 and the employee informed me that the dresses will be arriving between February 22-25 on time. When the date of February 25 arrived, two dresses arrived ( arrived on February 22) and one did not arrive and they told me not to worry, it will arrive the next day and so they continued giving excuses until today, February 27, when the Supervisor told me another excuse that not even she believes. They waited 28 days to tell me that they bought the dress from another store which initially they said the dress was in a warehouse. The dress they ordered from that other store it was damaged therefore they couldn’t get it. They didn’t have the courtesy to help knowing that we have an event and we need the dress or even tell us that ahead of time so that we could find another dress. In addition, one of the dress that did arrived needed alteration; left the dress getting fixated I went on Saturday February 24 to pick it up and when I tried it on not repair were made and it was not ironed. They told me they will have it fixed and will be available to pick it up on Sunday, February 25 . My daughter went to pick it up on February 27 and to my surprise when I tried it on the dress was intact no repair were made nor had they ironed it. Paying $116 dollars for this service so that they didn't fix the dress and they didn’t really ironed it. To be honest if I can give 0 stars I would. Terrible service!!!! Best customer service I’ve experienced when bridesmaid dress shopping compared to other bridal shops. For me it’s “always the bridesmaid/never the bride” so I’ve felt with many dress shops throughout my years. I was very impressed from start to finish with the staff at David’s. They were very friendly, down to earth and made trying on dresses a breeze…not to mention they were all very helpful - they were busy busy still managed to squeeze in extra time to help me search thru dress styles to help me find the style I had envisioned. I really appreciated how the ladies were upfront with pricing (including discounts) shipping costs and dress pricing oh and alterations pricing too (so NO hidden $$ surprises). When the dress arrived I ended up needing to exchange it and was stressing due to it being a month before the wedding. The ladies teamed up to helped ease my worry - and assured me - even though we were cutting it very close with the dates - it was completely doable. They rushed my bridesmaid dress exchange and rushed my alterations too (very small fee). Here we are a week til the wedding and dress arrived completed! It’s a perfect fit and perfect length!!
