Usually had good experiences but recently went to buy a used PS 5 we asked the return policy if it’s broken. They said unless we bring it in and they can plug it in and see it’s broken they won’t refund the money. I know they have a policy where you get in store credit or they’ll swap out for another one but they said they would give us a full refund if it was legitimately broken. We took it home within 24 hours it went black and turned off. It said it needed to be factory reset. There was nothing they could do apparently. Spent $500 for it and no we didn’t want to swap it because when asked if we took that one what happens if it broke too they again said they couldn’t do anything about it. Then the manager said “we will not longer do business with you” $500 is a lot of money then proceeded to lie to us that we would get our money back if it was broke and they couldn’t do anything about it. Couldn’t even get the PS 5 back when we tried returning it. STAY AWAY...

I used to love coming here. Not anymore! The prices have gotten outrageous for used products. We bought the complete longmire DVD series for 40 somthing dollars, used, then went home and found that one of the disks was spit in half! There is no way the employee hadn't seen the split, so he just hadn't cared. THEN while returning it the next day for store credit (they don't do cash back anymore) I looked it up and found that the EXACT same dvd collection was $10 cheaper BRAND NEW on amazon! Price checked a few more items in their store and found the same thing: they were selling a lot of used games and movies for MORE then what it would cost to buy them BRAND NEW online. Like really?
