I had to at least put one star just to write a review. I give this place a -5 star's! We went and got a living room outfit from them. It was nice at first no scratches or anything in the store. When it got delivered to use there was only one man delivering it. Whill moving it in our home it got a lot of scratches on it. The man who delivered it gave us two brown markers to cover up the scratches. When we called the store manager he said there was no scratches and can't help us on it. We called back and took them to come pick it up. They called me back and said it would be after 7pm when they close because it's a TWO MSN job. The store manager and another man came and got it. I told the store manager that I would of kept it if he could of made it right with me over all the scratches. He wouldn't do anything. So we decided we are not going to pay 2010.00 dollars for furniture that was suppose to be scratch free. I'm sorry but we will never go back there again. You do have to give out a lot of info, but that's only because they need to protect themselves from getting robbed. They are very helpful, I was renting to own a computer from them when the new model of my computer came out, so they were able to put some of the money that I already paid onto the new one for me. I went to the store, at the beginning the saleswoman said that I could finance it with the passport, and many friends have already done that, after I said that a friend had managed it that way, I didn't want to do that anymore! I said that looking for another place that wasn't my place there, I asked to speak with the owner, I was informed that she was in charge there, so whoever goes to that store, speak directly to the owner and not to employees.
