Worst Sonic EVER! My sandwich was made completely wrong and the tots were way over cooked (not burnt). I ordered a #2 no onion, no tomatoe, with mayo, ketchup and mustard. It came as only mayo and with onion and tomatoe. I was short on time so I tried to eat the meal anyways. However, the onions were so strong I couldn't do it. I apologized and asked for a new sandwich, and handed back my receipt so they could make it correctly. I didn't worry about the tots, my dog would have ate them. A new sandwich came out with a "no onion" sticker but still had tomatoe and only mayo. So I sent it back again, after which I decided I would just prefer a refund. I gave back the tots (actually told the waitress to try one so she could see) the third attempted sandwich and asked for a refund. It took over 10 minutes for the manager to bring me $8.00 and a token for free drink....

We have given this location multiple chances for redemption. HOWEVER, every single visit something is wrong with our order. Tots are always cold. Missing items from our order. Tonight we ordered our food and realized that the large tots were missing from the bag. For some reason we were given a medium. When discussing with the carhop she seemed annoyed and asked for the medium back. Which no problem. But... when they brought the large tots back, 1/2 full you could tell that it was merely dumped into the large container. I handled it professionally and calmly so there really was no need for the mannerisms displayed from the staff. Will be contacting corporate in regards to this experience.

Didn't have a great experience at the sonic on grand tonight. Ordered 3 shakes and said with each one no whip cream or cherry. She even repeated no whip cream and a cherry. I corrected her and said no, no whip cream or cherry. All three came out with both. One of our sizes was messed up (in our favor, ordered a mini and got a small in one of them.) And both the cake batter and strawberry shake tasted like vanilla until the very end because it didn't get mixed well. You can see all the flavor on the side. Chocolate shake was okay.
