Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gainesville

I could handle trash pizza and bad customer service when it was $5 but not when it's $8+ for dry cold pizza that is labeled "hot and ready". I called beforehand to see exactly how much the pizza would be after taxes. Lady on the phone told me $7.57 so I brought exactly $7.57. I decided to get some "hot and ready" crazy bread (also cold) and elected to do part cash part card since I already had the cash. The lady in store (African American with short blue hair) did not know how to split the payment so we had to take time splitting everything up. She also charged me $8.55 for the cold pizza even though I told her I was told a different price over the phone. After my 20 minute wait for a interaction that used to take 5 mins (mind you they had 1 person in line and both products I wanted on hand) I finally decided that I would just pay for the pizza on card and cash for the Bread. When I got home 5 minutes later I noticed the pizza was dry and cold. I called to make it right and found out they don't have a direct store phone so the call center had to forward me to the store manager. 15 seconds into speaking with the store manager he hung up on me. 0/5 will be going to dominoes...

The service was ok, I mean the people are nice enough but it took like 15 more minutes than they told me which was 15 minutes in the first place. So it took 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas and an ICB. I would like to note that I worked at Little Caesars Pizza for several years and there were definitely times it took this long for some people to get there orders but only when it was super busy which they were not. Another thing that bothers me is that the dipping sauces were $1 each. I payed that because it makes the experience better for everyone enjoying the pizza to be able to get their desired dipping choice. The service was friendly butt far from fast and the food was great but I think it was a few dollars more than I should have payed. I understand that things are a changing and we are about to see prices of things increase at an alarming rate but that being said, it's garlic butter and ranch dressing, not actual meal food. That price is outrageous, but charge what you want, this is my opinion. It's also my choice to head to any restaurant in town and I chose this one and got gouged on the price when I got there. After buying pizza the other night. Food was cold,hard like cardboard. So we go to the store to complain whst happen the next day due to them being close after we saw our meal. Ask for new pizzas due to thr others being bad. No refund just want things right. Sorry they cant do that unless we have the pizza here. Unfortantly we threw it away due to being no good and nowhere to store. We tell them we give them excellent reviews or surveys when we come. We just want what we paied for. Still the same. So here i am writing a bad review for this place due to bad customer service. Would now give 0 stars due to service. Will not return. Calling your corporate to complain as well because cant make things right. Serving me bad food and not fixing mistake is theft. To other customers please check your food if you can before leaving or suffur like me and my family did. Didnt want money back just food remade. Shame this place is bad. Thank you...
