Ab? A young boy was the only rep in store. He got visibly upset when a lady came in needing help. Later, he brought several cases for mine and my husband's tablets. One was empty. We both attempted to inform him. He did not acknowledge. Upon time to pay, he accused my husbamd of stealing a case then said "oh I will let you off"

I went in and asked for his name and he got really upset and began yelling after giving his name.

I have frequented this store many times and this is not the standard i was led to believe this store held to.

The woman that worked at Russell cellular was helping multiple people at once, and satisfied everyone that was there both times that I was there. Her exceptional knowledge saved me a lot of money and allowed me to buy a laptop that suited my needs perfectly. I have had bad experiences with this place before, but I would work with her any time and will continue to do business with this location as long as she is the one taking care of my cellular needs.
