I’ve been a fan of Starbucks years get Starbucks almost every day. This location in particular though is always a let down.
Today I stopped by after work thirsty as heck and order a new trending drink “water with peach juice” just as it sounds it’s just water with peach juice added. Total for two of them in venti it’s around a $1.75 total. At the speaker I give me order revive my total but when I go to the window I’m told that they rung it up wrong and when I explain how if that’s exactly what I have been getting and almost exactly what I always pay (tax varies)the girl at the window gets another girl with pink bangs and tells me that they can’t do it like that anymore and they have to ring it up as a customized tea and that the total is $9.95. Now I don’t wanna assume that the girl just pulled that out from “somewhere” but it was literally rung up perfectly fine before. Why go out of your way to change it to “customized tea” when the whole reason for the drink is for it to be a cheap drink. I’ve worked retail though so I know sometimes district managers, store managers or franchises owners can sometimes be A holes so I don’t wanna blame the girl if it really is what they were told to do. So I told them to cancel it. And instead of going home I drove to Buford and was able to get it up there no issue. So I’ve at least narrowed it down to being an issue at this location I just down know if it was an issue with the girl that I was trying to save some money or some other member of leadership that’s so unhappy with their job that they’d go out of their way to make sure these drinks are rung up as teas! Read moreWe have been coming to this Starbucks location for years and have always had wonderful service. However, we had a terrible experience tonight. My mom, grandmother and I had just been to the movies and wanted to get a drink on the way home. The man who took our order in the drive-thru, Alex, was very hard to understand through the speaker and had to repeat our order several times before he had it recorded correctly. He disappeared for a moment while my mom was in the middle of giving him our order and came back, saying that he had gone to get a new headset. We finished ordering after repeating the order several times and pulled up to the window. My mom and grandmother needed to pay with separate cards, but Alex said that he couldn’t do a split transaction. My mom explained that most businesses can do that, but Alex was very rude and sarcastic about it. We finally just paid it all on one card, my mom’s which we left sitting out on the counter for anyone to see and steal. My mom asked for the card back eventually, and he gave it to her, along with a messed up order. Our drinks were wrong and very messy, and they didn’t apologize for getting our order wrong or our bad experience. We love Starbucks, but the service tonight...
Read moreI absolutely hate this location. Unfortunately it's the only one I pass at the moment to go to work. I come in between 5:30 am to 5:50 am almost every morning during the week and not once have I felt welcomed. This morning topped it for me and I will now being going to Dunkin as much as I hate Dunkin coffee. I placed my order online 10 mins before I arrived, when I arrived I accidentally grabbed the wrong cup that said Angela and asked if the cold foam and vanilla bean powder was in it because they've missed it before however I realized my mistake and apologized. No response was received. I put the cup back and the heavy set Hispanic lady was laughing and talking with her co worker while looking at me, she then fixed someone else's drink that had just walked in and called her name and told her to have a great day. When mine was done I told her thank you and she didn't say anything and just walked away. Terrible service for high dollar coffee. I won't be back at this location. If you don't like your job work...
