Looking Good has been my go-to for all of the men’s attire for my wedding, and a life saver at that! After going to several big name, chain men’s formalwear stores and having no luck (being told it was a hassle to have my men fitted for suits, and that they were unable to order anything for me online), I was recommended Looking Good. This family run business not only had the unique suit color that I was looking for, but also had so many sizes in stock that my fiancé and dad left the store with their suits the same day! The owners have been beyond helpful in organizing the men’s outfits and making the process as easy as it could be to get my men from all over the suits that they needed, even when they couldn’t try them on in person. Also, the pricing of these outfits are unheard of, great quality suits and service at a very reasonable price! I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience and will honestly be sad when I don’t see these friendly faces after the wedding is said and done! Was great with initial service but than the pamdamic...had to postpone our wedding and after paying for 3 suits only received 2 back. Should have left it at that but he said when I was ready to have our wedding that he would exchange if they didn't fit. It took 2 years for us to feel it was worth paying over 2 grand to hopefully have enough people show up for it to be worth doing and one grooms men decided to back out so I still needed 2 more suits but when I went to the owner today he refused to exchange them even though he gave me his word that he would and he lost my business as well as my 5 siblings because he didn't keep his word as a business owner. Not great customer service in my opinion. He keeps poor records in a yellow hand written notebook and suggested he hold onto the suits I already paid for (my mistake). Had a great pleasure of stopping in to this place. We travel from wpb, and was passing by and decided to drop in and so glad we did!!! The clothes are VERY reasonably priced!!! And the customer service is excellent. I wish they had a location in palm beach. If a business is in business as long as this business, then that tells you that it is a great business!! I recommend anyone looking for men wear to drop in, the clothing is top notch!!!! If they had an option to order o line I would probably order something every week!!!!
