Oaks Square itself is not why I gave it 2 stars, it's the store I shopped at there. I went to Office Depot to pick up a piece of home office equipment. The greeting as I walked through the door was the only customer service I received. I had to hunt someone down to ask questions. The sales guy behind the counter was more concerned with his phone then helping a customer. Found what I needed myself, checked out and left. I had to go back a few days later and thought my experience would be different but nope, same as before. Went to same salesman, cashier, and found him just as before with his head buried in his phone. I can understand why there were only a few patrons in the store. I won't go out of my way to shop there again. There are other places to buy things I need for my home office. I would not recommend shopping at the Office Depot at Oaks Square unless you know exactly what you're looking for and you take care of it yourself. The customer service at least for sales...
Read more4🌟bc Pros: overall the plaza has decent stores. Cons: Kinda hard to enter and exit due to traffic lights and the always busy Newberry Road near The Oaks Mall. I was sorely disappointed in the Verizon there: 2 reps with no customer, and 1 customer with 2 reps, but I stood inside for 7 minutes and was never greeted. Heck, I wasn’t looked at so I walked out, again with no notice from reps. A retirement village bus parked cross-ways in front of the Vitamin store and parking is so tight I could hardly get by.
