I don't recommend selling here at all. I went at 9am on a Tuesday to bring a ton of clothes and other items. After waiting about 2 1/2 hours they came with 3 totes of stuff "they wanted". Note: All of the clothes and shoes I brought in were new with tags or great used condition. First of all the lady was rude from the moment I approached the counter. The 3 totes were filled with: All Tags and Name Brand like Nike, Vans, Adidas, Hurley, etc. And a couple of other baby items. One in particular being a brand new Lillebaby carrier. Anyways she said "We are looking to give you $200. How are you wanting that." I asked to look through to see what they were buying because she wouldn't let me see what they weren't taking. She told me "I'll give those things when we are through here." Then she said "You can glance through them but don't take anything out" when I asked to see inside the totes. We ended up denying the sale because they were only taking the nwt and name brand items. You can tell she got mad and started throwing the stuff back into my totes. Also note that I had all of the clothes organized into sizes. I went to to pull my car around. Came in to see her shoving clothes into my Lillebaby box, ripping it while pressing down to close the box. She never said another word to me, took my halo bassinet put it on the counter knowing I had no one with me, loading all of this up myself. After confronting them about the situation and talking to a manager, all they said was "sorry". This place uses false advertisements to get your stuff in there so they can pick all the nwt and name brand things just to give you pennies. It's not worth your time nor efforts. They Do Not but all your gentle used items. They want your new with tags or name brands and even they give you...

Don’t waste your time coming here. Back to back bad experience the entire time I was there!!! First I called in the morning right when they open to ask exactly what were the rules, how did they want the clothes, if I could take lots of totes (7) and things, and the girl on the phone said yes I could and there was no problem. After I followed all of the rules, I get there and the manager tells me that he can only take three of my totes with an attitude and that was it. I explained to him the situation from my call earlier and he received all my things in a mood. After waiting about 30 minutes he said he went through “everything” which I know he didn’t because there was lots of really good clothes and literally only took not even half of the little blue baskets that they have. Very disappointing. He tried to explain that my clothes were all worn out but I told him there is no way he went through everything because A LOT of it WASNT worn out then he was trying to say that they were full on things, which I told him that they should put some thing online saying they are no longer taking clothes and things, or told me this morning before I made it 40 minutes out of my way to come, then after a while he said that they had a sale going on and that’s why he couldn’t get a lot of my clothes, just excuses after excuses 😡. Just took 2 overflowing plastic storage boxes with NICE name brand items as well a whole hamper of shoes…probably 300-400 items in total to sell. Was told it would take 45 minutes for my stuff. I checked the link in my text and my items went straight from in queue to done (but within the 45 min time frame). Picked them up to find they only took 50 items for $85. Some of those items being Walmart and target brand and leaving behind stride rite shoes, boutique clothing, belk holiday outfits, carters,etc. I truly feel like no one wanted to go thru my items or had the time NOR wanted to pay out the amount it would have took to take more items off my hands that they actually wanted. I’ve only shopped here 2x and the prices on items are also high in my opinion and you can get new items at Marshall’s, Ross, and shop sales for close to what they’re asking for used items. Now I have to go back thru my items to get them neatly in a box to send to consignment or to donate. I will not be back to buy, or sell. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the check in process is easy and the store is tidy...
