We visit this store quite often. We love being able to order online and pick up in store, even for large items. They are usually prepared quickly too. The only improvement here would be for the curbside to have longer hours.The shipping to the store for pickup is done quickly and a few items we have have shipped to the home also arrived in a timely manner. Also, being able to see if something is in stock online or on the app is a huge time saver as well as knowing exactly what aisle and bay the product is in. The store also offers free Wi-Fi we use to look up things on the app or research online for information. When we do need help, it may take a little bit to to find someone, but we have found some very knowledgeable people in the painting and plumbing departments that helped us select the products we needed to make repairs. The garden center is also nicely stocked and we always stop by to check out the plants they currently have in stock. We also really like the convenience of returning items in store too, they can track your purchases by the credit card and a receipt typically is not needed for the return. The return policy is pretty generous too. Being able to look over previous purchases online and in store helps you to keep track of your spending and if you need to find a similar item again. I special ordered a shower pan and walls all from the same manufacturer and my contractor removed the old after picking up the order he installed the shower floor and of course the walls they shipped were 60" for a bath tub. They issue me a $53 credit for me inconvenience and said they would try to expedite my replacement order on July 25 being shipped from Georgia which did not happen it arrives in Dallas on July 28th then it arrives in Gainesville on July 31st at 932am and they tell me the truck will not be unloaded until 9pm and he may not get it fully unloaded. I called the corporate office and was on the phone 30 minutes and guess what????? The call gets dropped. When I ask for more reimbursement they tell me I accepted the $53 - yes I did when you said it would be expedited. I live in a tiny house there install company quoted me $14,000.00 to replace my tub with a shower and offered a $4,000.00 discount if I signed that day with no itemized estimate. However, they do no keep stock in store to take home, it must be ordered from a warehouse and delivered or picked up at a future date. If you are looking to buy basic household items, they have decently stocked aisles. If you are looking to buy building materials, it is a good idea to do advance research. I was blatantly ignored by most employees while trying to find specific items. I interacted with 3 employees. The first man treated me with disdain, refused to cut a piece of lumber, and walked away without a word. The second man was nice enough, but kept trying to talk me into purchasing a service where employees do the project for me. It took a good 10 minutes to convince him that I would be doing it on my own. Then he proceeded to second guess my entire shopping list instead of just showing me where my exact items were located.
