T-Mobile — Local services in Gainesville

I transferred away from T-Mobile due to several factors but at the time I was happy with the service. I went into this store, and requested my main number be ported out, and the account closed. I made it clear that It wasn't anything related to them specifically but I had gotten a better deal elsewhere.

Four months after transferring service I get a call from a collections agency, apparently the boneheads at this location left a line open in my name and it had been getting billed ever since then, I had my address forwarded,

I've been arguing with T-Mobile corporate every since, and this has been a frustrating last couple months with them. If you want to see how a good or bad a company is, just take this as an example of what not to do to a customer after they've ended their account. They of course they have my money for the years of service as their customer. They are now giving me every reason to not come back as one. I wanted this review specifically for Rachel because she really helped make my life so much easier. She is kind, courteous, outgoing, friendly, and especially patient with me when it came to me telling her lots of stories 😆. She even told me they were hiring for a position when I needed a job. Getting a phone with her was such a pleasant experience to where I just really enjoyed her presence more than my phone She transferred all of my old data to my new phone with a lot of care. Just to have someone to listen and talk to was what I really needed and she definitely is the right person for it. Less than a week later I lost my phone at the McDonald's and and ran back to her for help she helped me log in to the Geo Samsung tracker and she knows the map very well. She was so understanding, kind, and patient with me being frantic, stressed out, and confused about the whole situation. I eventually found my phone at the Mcdonalds. She really deserves a lot credit she had reached out far and beyond for me. She deserves a lot of recognition for it. I highly recommend her for customer service and great management! This...

I'll be the first to admit that I've always been a little intimidated by phone stores. Between the pushy, commission driven salespeople; inevitable credit check; endless gadgets I can't afford & lack of technical knowledge they just overwhelm me. Today, on the eve of my monthly service with MetroPCS, I decided it was time to overlook all of those things & visited the NEW TMobile store. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The team of associates worked well together & weren't in competition for customers. We discussed how much I wanted to spend & never once did they suggest a plan or product outside of that price point. My final salesperson was Raquel, I honestly can't say enough nice things about her. She spent over an hour with me explaining features on my new plan & phone. She also saved a series of texts that my best friend sent me just days before she died. I was in literal tears thinking those messages were permanently gone. I'm very happy I...
