Customer service is terrible at this location. 2 weeks ago, my husband and I went to this location to rent a tuxedo for a party. At that moment, we had measurements done and we were able to check out the options and made our selection. For one of our rentals, 2 shirts were asked to be ordered because sometimes the collar can run big or small. We were told that this was possible and that everything will be taken care off. Today, we received a message that our order arrived and was ready for pickup. We arrived at the store and we were told to wait for someone to assist us and we waited. An associate came and without asking questions decided to try to take measurements. I kindly asked for him to stop and mentioned that we had a rental ready to be picked up but we wanted to try it before leaving the store. The associate asked for names and came back with our suits. After trying them, we noticed that one of the 2 shirts ordered was missing and wanted to inquire about this. The associates were extremely rude. They acted like if we were none existing, one of them got loud and even walked away while my husband was talking to them. Rude right? The second associate stated that he has been doing the job for â20 yearsâ which is irrelevant to the conversation because nobody asked him for that information. We just asked about a second shirt that was ordered and payed for but not delivered. This does not end here, both associates proceeded to take care of other people when we were still waiting to be taken care off. At the end, we decided not to take one of the 2 suits and asked for a refund. We had to wait additional time because we were ignored completely, finally the refund was completed. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE FOR...
Read moreFrom bad to worse... I recently rented a tuxedo from Menâs Warehouse and had a terrible experience. I was hurt and embarrassed and will never go back there again. I shouldâve known on the first day when I was measured and not returned again, but I honestly thought it was a singular situation. I was very wrong. Upon my return, the workers who had been very rude to me on my first visit repeated their behavior, but along with them this time was the manager and another attendant. On my third trip to the store for another fitting, I brought someone else with me to witness the hateful attitudes I was getting. She was appalled and saddened by the bigotry she saw first hand. But this was not the only issue with the rental experience. I ended up not even being able to wear the pants they had tailored and had to buy different slacks elsewhere that would fit. The sleeves on the tuxedo jacket were also too short but luckily I could make it work as long as I didnât extend my arms. Of course, they couldâve continued to adjust and tailor these if I had time, but my event was less than 8 hours away and the store was closing. With nearly three weeks ordering time, all the items shouldâve been ready and tailored well before the scheduled event. I never expected to pay nearly three hundred dollars for such poor quality and rude service. *Note: there was a male attendant working at both fittings who stood apart from the rest and took time away from his client to help me when he saw how others were treating me. He was the one standout employee that made me feel like I mattered. I will be sending him a personal thank...
Read moreWe visited this location as we had to rent a tux for a debut formal event and we were informed to come back in 15 minutes as the associate, who was the one we should see to do a tux rental, was on break. We left to get lunch then came back a half hour later to give time to the associate.
We were told the manager, who is the associate overseeing the tux rentals, was in the back but will be right out. The associate at the front apologize and shared with us they were unable to assist us as it is a tux rental so we had to wait for their manager.
After five mins or so, the associate checked back again and said the manager will be right out in 5 minutes.
Five minutes later or so, and the other associate said they had two managers in and one was on break and the other was not available. They also do not know how long the other manager will be when we asked about timeframes.
All the time we were there waiting, no associate even made an effort to show my son where the tuxes were or even have him try it on. We were the only customers in the store during this timeframe.
Having worked in customer service and management, I completely understand things happen and associates/managers do need their breaks. Yet, when there are other associates available to assist (or engage us ) it is a concern that not one associate even engaged us except to let us know that the manager is not available.
We had wanted to visit Men's Warehouse again for prom season but we may have to look...
