I will NEVER purchase anything from Dunhams again.

My husband and son went to their store and found some shoes my son liked.

When they walked up to the registers about five girls were standing there chatting and my husband held up my sons shoes they wanted to purchase. They looked at him and continued their conversation. My husband walked out leaving the shoes in the store.

He called me and told me the story and me being who I am called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to her what happend and she said she would " look into it." In other words...she didn't care. So I told her I always buy my kids shoes from there but after this poor conversation on the phone and poor customer service we will NEVER shop there again. She goes..." well I'm sorry" I just hung up on her before I blew up.

The appropriate response would have been..." I will look into it and if your husband would like to come back I will personally make sure you get the items that you wanted to purchase, I am sincerely sorry." But obviously the manager and the employees of the store have no idea what customer service is. What a...

Not a bad store but I do wish they carried more womens shorts in different lengths instead of all short shorts because not everyone where's them. They need to fix the 100 ceiling leaks throughout the store. Its a pain to have to go find an employee every time you want to try on clothes because they keep dressing rooms locked and even the restrooms omg thats a huge pain. The last time i used the women's restroom was about 2 weeks ago and it smelled like a disgusting gas station restroom, it was so strong smelling of urine I could hardly breath..totally unacceptable! It was the worst! Obviously the female employees there don't care because otherwise it wouldn't be that way. There's buckets all over the store catching all the stops from the ceiling and their signs even have rust on them from the water dripping as well as some merchandise is getting ruined from the rust. They reall need give the women's restroom a deep cleaning...

We had a really great experience in the Galesburg store. The salesperson named Tino I believe, was soooo awesome. He helped us to find my son, who has extremely large feet a pair of football cleats at an amazing price and he did not stop until he found what we needed. He really went above and beyond and even gave my son an inspirational speech about football! This is very rare with salespersons nowadays and it really just touched my heart. Also the lady at the checkout counter, Susie was very sweet and pleasant as well. It was an overall perfect experience and we will definitely shop there again. I called the manager Frank later to tell him that he has amazing employees and he was also very pleasant and appreciative! Big ups to the Galesburg store for amazing service. Thanks...
