I WENT TO MARSHALLS ON THURSDAY,I BOUGHT 2 PAIR OF JEANS,2 DRESSES,AN A COFFE CUP..WHEN I GOT HOME..NO COFFEE CUP IN BAG..HAD TO GO BACK TO MARSHALLS NEXT DAY ..WENT TO COUNTER..ASK LADY ABOUT MY COFFEE CUP ,I NEVERE RECIEVED..SHE ASKED FOR RECIEPT ..LET HER HAVE RECIEPT ..SHE WANTED ME TO SIGN A PAPER THAT SAID..CUSTOMER FORGOT HER COFFEE CUP..I SAID..NO..I DID NOT FORGET CUP..THE LADY FORGOT TO PUT CUP IN BAG...I DIDNT LIKE THAT..THAT WAS NOT NICE OF HER TO STATE THAT ON PAPER..SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD SCRATCH IT OUT...THEN I SIGNED PAPER...AND I BOUGHT TWO MORE ..ITEMS...I DONT THINK I WILL BE RETURNING TO MARSHALLS ..ANYTIME SOON..THE LADY THAT DID THAT WAS A CAUSIAN YOUNG ,BLONDE...THANK YOU...NOT A HAPPY CAMPER...AT MARSHALLS.....AND I ASKED ABOUT SENIOR DISCOUNTS..THAT ARE ON SOCIAL...

I found a skirt that I liked and wanted to buy. It was laying on top of a rack that was a clearance rack with dresses. Originally I was looking for a dress. The light colored skirt had a stain on it with some black grease, but it was minor. They wouldn't sell it to me, because the lady said that the skirt comes with a top. Sometimes I can find great things here and sometimes I can't find a darn thing. Nature of the off price business I suppose. Just like the people working there. Sometimes very friendly, sometimes nobody acknowledges your presence. Very hit or miss. I upped my stars to a 4 because sometimes it's a 5, sometimes it's a 3. Used to always be a 3. I still shop here, it's always got something interesting, just not always what I need. There's a lot of sometimes in this review, but not...
