Ice cream is good but prices are way too high, what pissed me off today was that my daughter wanted cotton candy flavor, ( only flavor she always gets) and the girl wouldnât serve it because it wasnât enough for two scoops only for one... đ€Šđ»ââïž, so we got coconut instead. Then, at the time of paying for my daughters icecream and mine it was $17.83 for 2 ice cream cup!!! I get no receipt so I ask for one and she had to go ask the other young guy working there as well but he didnât know how to print a receipt after register was closed. Why would you not print the receipt to begin with??? Anyways, so while we wait for her to call someone (owner ima guessing ) to get my receipt we just sat there and starting eating our ice cream when all of the sudden we see the young man bringing a whole new container of cotton candy ice cream!! Really? This is the main reason I came here to begin with... they denied serving me that flavor because it wasnât enough left but you couldnât bring a new bucket out??    Read moreWent in because we have never been and itâs close to home. We were the only customers in the shop. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly. The two older people man and woman not so much. They looked more annoyed at us coming in. Just 3 of us by the way not a large group. My son wanted a strawberry smoothie and the young lady let us know after a couple of minutes that they didnât have fresh strawberries and was it ok to use purĂ©e instead. He readily agreed but the older woman refused to make the smoothie. Tried saying in Spanish thinking I wouldnât understand that she didnât want to clean the machine again. So my son ended up getting ice cream which tasted absolutely wonderful. The problem is the cup was barely full and the ice cream started melting before leaving the store! The cost compared to the portion sizes was unacceptable. The younger lady was wonderful but the older people need to not work in customer service if you donât like customers coming through the door.    Read moreI walk into Galveston Marble Slab being greeted by 4 RUDE employees that acted less than excited to have a job! My group of 7 paying customers ($42.00) obviously was not appreciated and was an inconvenience to them. We had an issue with one order and they refused to correct the mistake. Their response...â you paid so itâs yours. Buy another!â How much ice cream do they throw away and why would you rather gain 7 customers with a bad experience? Seems that a happy customer would tell many friends of a good experience rather than having the 7 telling everyone they know of how Rudeness prevails at this location!!! This location needs a âCorporate Training Session â of how to provide âExceptional Customer Serviceâ and âMannersâ friendly greeting and how not to be rude and act inconvenienced! Ranked number 1 overall in âWORST of the WORSTâ of customer service experiences.....
