Iâm rating the pharmacy! This pharmacy was highly recommended and I had no issues for almost five years. Then the regular pharmacist retired and now it takes two to four days past my rx due date to get my medication filled!!! No Iâm not joking or exaggerating and itâs every time. Itâs literally a fight and if you need your meds so you can go on vacation good luck I had to eat my ticket prices that were non refundable. And as for their customer service I hate that I have to leave one star for this. When you call the lady who answers is more concerned that you dare call her and inquire about your 4 day overdue rx that still isnât filled instead of waiting for the text saying itâs done which I used to get but donât anymore. I have been told by her that she has 250 up to 441 ppl ahead of me, that I should have called her earlier even though my dr appt wasnât earlier, sheâs told me that they were working on it for me to call back a day later for her to tell me that they had to order it so the wait will be even longer, and the newest one was that my insurance (that hasnât changed/nor has my rx I fill every month) isnât going thru, she then called me back two days later after my dr called them and said it was a problem with their system after all. Iâve looked it up on how to make a complaint against the pharmacy, just google it and it will walk you through the steps. Hire more ppl if you have 441 exâs to fill before mine. I feel sorry for others like me who have to be sick for days due to lack of the medication they have been taking for 30 years, I cannot keep doing this and having to fight to get my exâs every month sometimes twice a month. I have the pharmacy app and can sit and watch my prescription be in the final stage where the pharmacist just needs to check it which takes maybe a few minutes and when I was promised it would be done by the end of the day because I was waiting to go on vacation I showed up in plenty of time before closing and they still wouldnât fill it, it took a whole day after that to get it. I also am not sure if they just donât want to fill one of the new meds I have to take now so they are giving me any problems they can or not but they are not the moral and ethics committee like the cos here also think is their job for some reason but thatâs a whole other review stay tuned. As for the Randallâs grocery store itâs more convenient because they are overpriced so there isnât a lot of ppl in there and they have beautiful flowers and seasonal decor đ you can use their digital coupons to save on some money though and they have good meat and milk...
Read moreThis review is for New Sounds Hearing Aids store, suite 122, located in the Galveston Place shopping center. (I was not able to figure out how to put the address and store name in separately.) I chose New Sounds because of how good they were for my neighbor's mother. And they are good! Office staffer, Marcy, is super quick to answer the phone and send reminders, offer suggestions when you accidentally take a shower wearing the new hearing aids....etc. Sarah Cittum, Hearing Aid Specialist, really knows how to test for hearing loss and determine which ranges are most effected. She is a genius in my opinion of how to tune in the hearing aids once they are purchased. I've had my Starkey Via Edge AI 2400's for a couple of months and love how much better I hear! I highly...
Read moreThe only reason I'm giving this a low rating is because when me and my friends went to Palas Royal, we felt very uncomfortable. I know stores have their goals, mine does to, but when you follow someone around your store and keep pressing on them to get a credit card with you store and not even say its a credit card till you say you got approved or not and then don't even ask if they would like to use it on their purchase but just go ahead and do it, that's a big no. But for me I will not be returning, in hopes to not ever run into that woman again. I work in retail like that, I know how you should do it and how you shouldn't, her way was...
