Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. They do not stand behind their products at all. Once your card runs through, that's it you are on your own. I was in a pinch and bought a eLeaf iStick vape battery. I literally had less than an hour to get on a ship and this was the only place I could find. Bought it, not working, said it needed to be charged, charged and still didn't work. Thought it was strange the only thing the guy said to me was if doesn't work, contact the manufacturer. Not a whole lot of confidence after I heard that but I was out of options. After 2 weeks of being out at sea, then being caught in Hurricane Harvey, then to San Antonio then driving back to Galveston to pick up my stranded car, the guy again, doesn't say a word, writes down the manufactures web site and the girl gives the deer in the headlights look like this is the first time this has ever happened. The guy however has it down pat, he knows the routine, the girl could use a little more acting lessons. What a shame, while the whole city of Galveston and Houston struggle, these guys are only interested in your money. I believe in local business and community and normally buy my vape supplies from places I know and trust like Lone Star Vaping and Monster Vape in San Antonio. Good smoke shop on the island. Owner seems cool, see him there often which I always like bc too many folks don't even know what goes on in their own businesses. They keep a pretty damn selection of glass, vapes, kratom, etc. Got all the stuff you'd expect a shop to have and then some. Prices are GREAT. Like... Really though. Island prices can be ridiculous, they usually have the better prices out of the smoke shops here that I've ever seen. I know the stuff I've bought over past few years has all been legit, good quality & not knock off crap or anything. It's open earlier than most the other shops on island as well I think. I was having a hard time mentally today, but am only down here today, and planned on stopping here on my way out.

I neglected to get names, but a young lady and young man listened, suggested and sold. They literally changed my day, for the better. And, not because I bought today, either! By listening to me, they sold me a device I can use without having to use a lighter, which is difficult for me due to a hand condition. They didn't try to sell me a lighter, they sold me something I didn't need a lighter for.
