INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I sent my rings in October to be cleaned and ultimately they were lost by UPS. I called Riddle's to let them know my rings were delivered but they never showed up. They said they would call UPS to see what was going on. I also called UPS and they told me there was no signature required when they sent out the package. Shortly after getting off the phone with UPS Sydney from Riddle's called me back telling me the exact same thing UPS had just told me. In which I told her to have Josh call me first thing the next morning. I then called Riddles corporate office to see who i should talk to about the theft of my jewelry. I was told that person was busy but i should expect a call first thing the next day. I had waited a considerable amount of time the next day before calling Riddles in Garden City and was informed Austin would be out of the store until Friday, which was odd because it was a Tuesday. I called the corporate number again and was told the person i needed to talk to was in a meeting, but he would be calling me as soon as he was done.So I called UPS to see if the investigation had been opened and it had not. I finally got an email from Josh the E-commerce manager and he "REALLY APOLOGIZED" the rings were missing, and that he wanted to wait until Friday to investigate it further. There was never an investigation started, I called UPS everyday to see if an investigation was opened and it never was. Absolutely nothing was done to locate my jewelry. Thank GOD! Friday morning the package mysteriously showed up on my front porch. But now i'm assured if my jewelry would have gone missing, absolutely nothing would be done about it. When he picked it up the next day, they said their computer system was down and they would mail the receipt and the hard copy of all my check ups for the past 21 years. We've never received it. 3 months after that, I lost one of the diamonds. I called and they couldn't find any record of my cleaning and checks. I have been to the Mall of America, Willmar and the Garden City locations over the years. Tasha told me they would replace the diamond and we would have to pay for the metal work. So my husband stopped at the Garden City location to drop my ring off. We live in TX now. They basically said now, too bad. They don't have any records.
