The Bear’s Den Gifts and Souvenirs — Local services in Garden City

Like the other posts say this place has very bad customer service. Don shop here! There are no returns! I purchased a swim suit for my son. I went home to have him try it on and unfortunately it didn't fit him. I went back to the store to return it and the guy at the register said there were no returns. I said well do you have a sign saying no returns? And he said no. He said the reason for that is because his employees could steal stuff. I said well you should put up a sign and he responded I don't like signs. I said well I wish I would have known that before buying this. He didn't care. Now I have a swim suit that doesn't fit. Beware no returns here. There's no sign and he doesn't say anything about no returns....

Bought a sweatshirt for my son and it didn’t fit so I took it back for a return. The lady said returns happen at the gas station next door and took me over there. She found another cashier to help me and he said they don’t do returns. When I explained that there aren’t any signs or anything on the receipt that say no returns accepted he said that’s too bad but that is their policy. I told him that I own a couple of stores and there has to be a way to reverse a transaction. He turned the screen around and told me to find a way. After going to camp at Bear Lake for the weekend on our drive back we stopped at this lovely souvenir shop.

They have so many awesome Utah souvenirs including potato soup and lotion. If so many different novelties with names that you’re sure to find some thing with your child’s name on it or bear lake.

Their clothes selection is almost half the store and it would be hard to not find something you love.

Anytime you’re stopping at Garden City I definitely Recommend Stopping here and picking up something to remember...
