ZERO stars for this location. They had a VERY BAD DAY. And I understand new employees, training—but this was baaaad. Half of our party didn’t get their orders. When my husband didn’t get his calzone and appetizer after waiting 40 mins (and, mind you, the waiter came back and retook the orders he missed), we decided to just pay for my appetizer and leave. No one was at the register, but there was an empty Dutch Bros cup, a couple of other soda cups, and half-eaten food (not from Firehouse Pizza) littered across the counter. I’m glad the employees could get their food. I walked to the other counter (the take out counter), and asked a group of employees if someone could help us pay so we could leave. There were at least 5 employees standing around, none of them knew what to do to help us (and we just wanted to pay). There is likely a language barrier for some of the employees. They finally printed our tickets and handed them to us. A few of us, like me, my MIL and uncle, had to correct our tickets to take the food off that we didn’t receive. Some of us paid in cash, the employee looked at the money for about 3 minutes before we took out our phones and calculated the amount of change. While we were waiting to pay, a manager-looking woman was pouring the little cups of marinara, ranch, and Alfredo picked up from our table BACK INTO THE CONTAINERS (‼️‼️). We liked the food we got, but when you miss putting in orders (twice), and customers walk out after waiting nearly an hour, I’m sorry—not a great experience.

Ordered on a busy Saturday evening in summer. Its understandable they would be busy. But we placed the order because their app said a 15-30 min order pickup. Don't trust them. After 35 min, received a text saying the order was delayed 30-45 min. After 50 min, finally walked to the restaurant to see where the order was and was told at least another 30 min. After another 45 min, walked back to the restaurant and order was just being boxed. Expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager who didn't say a word, turned around and walked away. I can understand being busy on a summer night, but promising a 15-30 min, and taking 110 min is well beyond acceptable. If you are busy, state it up front and don't raise realistic expectations. By the time we actually got our order, we were starving and took the pizzas back to our hotel. On opening the boxes, we realized they didn't finish cutting the pizza and we were left in our hotel room to use spoons to cut the slices into a manageable size. Crust was doughy and underdone for a large portion of the pizza with large burned sections on the top. Bottom line, go to their competitor down the street who gives a realistic delivery time and whose management actually cares to listen to their customers. Otherwise, this place will disappoint. And one final note, in the middle of a pandemic, only 1 employee was wearing a face mask. That should tell you all you need to know about how much they value their customers.

We were driving through the Bear Lake area and decided to order a pizza to go, we ordered online though Slice App, it was very easy and convenient. cFirst off let me say the order was timely and fresh. The pizza was pretty tasty, but we did not order pizza! We ordered a large design your own 16” calzone with pepperoni, ham, onions and mushrooms. When we picked the order my husband asked the cashier if it was a calzone because it was in a large pizza box, she did not respond, he asked for crushed red peppers, the cashier gave him the peppers and offered Parmesan cheese also, which he took. At this point he should have opened the box, but not having eaten there before he assumed it came in a pizza box. Upon reviewing our order in the car it was in fact a large pizza. We were short on time so we decided to keep the order. The toppings were correct, however the ham was all in the center portion of the pizza. We had also asked for extra sauce on the side in a cup, which was not included. There was a place for special instructions on the app. I did like the pizza, I just felt the attention to detail was lacking, from the wrong item, forgotten sauce, and not so uniformly placed ham. I have included pics. I would try them again if I were in the Bear Lake/Garden City area.

Horrible filthy experience i will never go there again and will be reporting them. Went there on sunday 7/2/17 waited 15 mins to be seated even though it didn't look busy. No one greeted us as we walked in and many servers walked past us. Over all the restaurant was dirty. We sat by the kitxhen and the room where i'm assuming they did dishes was dirty. Dishes piled high and the floor looked black and sticky with food all over the floor. Where the oven was at there was sauce and flour condiments everywhere. We were there for an hour and a half and there was three tables next to us that were left dirty with dishes utensils culs and left ovwr pizza. Until customers came they decided to clean the tables. There was a dirty black rag they picked up from dirty chemical water that was left on the edge of the bar. The waitresses were picking up the tables without gloves cups plates utensils and then grabbed the dirty rag to clean the tables. Handled money and more plates and utensils to serve the customers. Then the waitress just throws the dirty rag on the bar and went to serve more customers. The whole experience was just dirty. No hot water in the bathroom to wash your hands just cold water. Not sanitary dirty practices, i left sick to my stomach and won't ever...
