The Spa at Water’s Edge — Local services in Garden City

This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The two employees they had doing our nails were not nail techs and they didn’t not disclose this before making the appointment. Our nails turned out bumpy and uneven. You can see through the polish in some places. The shape is different on each nail, they got more polish on our skin than on our nails. My cousins nails chipped right as we got home and all she had done was drive home. When we went to pay they said they had signed us up for the $80 manicure even though we had asked for the $35 manicure. When we brought this to their attention they gave us a discount, which lowered the price to $60. But, we were already going to receive that discount on top of the $35 because we are residents of bear lake. They said they couldn’t do anything else for us. When I called later asking for any form of compensation they were very rude. They left me on hold for 15 mins and then proceeded to yell at me and say that my claims were invalid and they were not going to do anything about it. I would definitely not waste your time or money on this poor excuse...

The most horrible treatment ever experienced at a Spa. The desired treatment for a manicure was not the most expensive, yet at the end they charged for the most expensive treatment. After calling the manager, they were unfriendly and rude. The money was never reimbursed. If you want to be overcharged for a treatment you did not intend to pay for, look no further. The staff is uncooperative. The management only seeks to exploit the patrons. All in all this was a horrible experience. Avoid...

I called at least two weeks in advance and scheduled 3 pedicures for my best friends bachelorette weekend.
