L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Gardena

my children go get their food often(witch not anymore)so one day I deside to get their food so I walk in and first impression to me was dirty and even tho I did order because I was so hungry.then lady who took my order she had long hair down over her shoulder also she couldn’t take Oder with her finger because she had long nails I mean long that she can’t use her finger to take order so she use those nails like those birds when they eat making that tik tik tok tok noises,when I saw that makes me think a lot am I still picking up this food or not at same time my eyes keep looking at that dirty counter covering up the kitchen but still I can see dirty stove and fry pans that make me disgusting but I don’t want to be rude so I couldn’t walk out then while I couldn’t decide food was ready then I did pick up my food and get back to home tried to eat, the food was horrible that I had to return get refunded.that was my experience from that restaurant. I’m in the food service industry too and I don’t know how they serve food like that such dirty facilities.also heath department requires no long nails or nail polish and long hairs must bundled or tides .it looks like to workers they are more important how they looks then how they can serve better to customers. I had same situation with my business so I said something to those workers they were quite working instead improved themselves to do right. I see a lots restaurants similar problems I’m saying this hoping that business owners and workers to think about what is right to do…. Hope some day that I feel comfortable...

Ok , where do I start , am just like everyone else the had a good and satisfying experience at this place until my last visit , and while am writing this am in front of the restaurant and I was about to go and order but I remembered what happened in my last visit But I was still skeptical if should I buy or not and decided let me read the reviews see if this issue had happened before to someone else and it took me about 40 minutes to find out or I mean count how many customers went through the nastiest experience and it was 7 so I think am #8 and 8 out of don't know how many more . This what happened I order a mix bbw plate and a shrimp chop swey For me and wife I was eating my shrimp chop s. And my wife the BBQ and we like sharing our food, she ask me do you want some of my food and say yes and exactly when I grab some with the tiny forks they give a nasty HAIR and I told her stop don't eat no more and I show her why she got sick as I did , but wait this was not just and ordinary hair from your head I swear this hair was from down stairs you'll know the difference from the type of hairs from your body So just thinking about it ,am better going to go buy something to cook thanks l&l you ruin our relationship bye bye ......I feel like...

Be careful with this place. For doordash/uber eats/ or any delivery service, they will make your food taste like crap, look like crap, treat your food disrespectfully, burns your food. They clearly just dont give a flying duck about your food. I reported this too them all. This has happened countless times and with other people, just read the reviews. Just go to another location or go somewhere else (theres waikiki, ono hawaiin, maui). This place is dead. Theres a reason why this spot is ALWAYS empty compared to carson or other...
