Long story short: I’m glad they opened this new restaurant. I will be returning frequently.
The staff is exceptional. They are very kind and thorough in their explanation of their offerings. I’m pescatarian and brought my mother who doesn’t have any dietary restrictions. I wanted to order a shrimp ramen, but swap the pork/chicken base with veggie broth. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a non-meat substitution. However, he assured me they’ll have that option in the future. We still ordered potato croquettes, shrimp tempura, and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp tempura is THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD!!! Perfectly flaky, crisp, and fresh. You’d think the fish was freshly caught and cleaned in house. The potato croquettes had a sweet but savory sauce on it. Almost like a light katsu. We learned that it’s imported Japanese teriyaki sauce. It’s sooo good! Lastly, the shrimp fried rice. It came in a medium/large portion. It’s enough for 2-3 people. It was very fresh and well seasoned. The veggies complemented the shrimp and rice well. There was a great balance to it. You can tell they took their time designing this recipe. It’s NOT overly sauced and salty, like many fried rices. I even found myself digging for more cabbage despite the abundance of shrimp. Our experience was exceptional. I’m so impressed with their soft opening and will be returning for their grand opening. 10/10! I highly...

Rice was excellent, ramen was alright, I felt the noodles were just of average quality, the soup was very good though, but the meat wasn’t that good. Main thing I liked was the portions, I couldn’t finish all my rice, I don’t think I even finished half, and I’m a hungry guy, and also did not eat breakfast. Would recommend, just get something other than the ramen, I assume there’s...
