Kohlâs took off my review.
Went to Kohlâs (Garland 75040) on George Bush today 9/15/2020 to return one of the dresses I bought on 9/11/2020 for a very special occasion my sister came from Boston on her birthday. This is the first time since 2007 where I get to spent little moments with her before she go back to Boston 9/14/2020. I decided to go ahead and get its done today 9/15/2020. The dress I returned that one a medium; too big for my size as I wear a small size. I bought two dresses incase one doesnât fit since you canât used the dressing/fitting room.
I thought it was a quick a return I was wrong. I went in with a good mood. I came with how the way the store manager and two of her staffs talk to me as a customer was one hell bad experience.
How it all play out was the dress I returned I paid $21.76. The other dress I kept I paid $13.50. I returned the one cost $21.76. They told me I only get back three dollars and something change. Their explanation to me was âthereâs a discount after the factâ another words I must have came back after the fact. I have made no other trip until today because I was at work and go to Euless on 183 to see my sister ever since she here. I told the lady at the counter âWhat do you meanâ. They started arguing with me. The store manager came (they donât even tell me what her name is). Everything change when they got the store manager over thing got louder. The store manager refuses to listen to me, Iâm just a customer I told them. I know nothing about your systems. The store manager found herself arguing with me and she got loud. I never see a store manager arguing with a customer on something that their staffs did âshe blames it all on me.â I told the store manager I paid with $100 cash. Two dresses cost me $38.28 now telling me I only get back âthree dollars and something changeâ. I forgot to mentioned they said since this is not original Iâd only get back three dollars and something change.
Kohlâs I donât understand how you have your store manager arguing and picked a fight with the customer over what. I know how much I paid for those two dress. I am glad that I took a picture. I spent almost every day looking for the original receipt I just donât know what or what the receipt at. Hadnât I took picture of its therefore I almost got cheated and mistreated by Kohlâs manager. They put her in charge of a store that will lead Kohlâs to one day sunk the ship she run. She misrepresented whoâs she really is to the company. Her echoes get the...
Read moreBlack Friday & the day after had 100s of folks lined up at every register this year as always. I generally avoid stores on this day because I suffer from non-epileptic seizures that are brought on more quickly in high stress situations. Well, I had some great coupons for in-store items only that would expire by 1pm I really wanted to take advantage of, as did a friend of mine who also had some coupons & because I'm not allowed to drive, was nice enough to take me up there. I was terrified the moment I walked in but didn't want anything to happen, especially in front of 100s of customers. I grabbed what I needed & found a manager up front monitoring the lines, etc. I'd like to personally thank him for noticing my fear & panic as I asked if I could be checked out as quickly as possible due to my disability. His name is Sharay. He was extremely kind & understanding. Unfortunately, the item I chose to use my coupons on didn't qualify but he assured me when I was able to find items that would work, he'd be right there to help me or advise someone who could in case he had to step away. I found the items I wanted that worked & practically ran back to him. He got me to a register immediately. Thank you so much Sharay. My next thank you goes to the young man who assisted us at check-out. His name is Treyvon. He was as sweet as could be & told me not to worry about a thing. I only had 4 or 5 items but he still made sure I found everything I needed & asked if there was anything else he could help me with. So, to you as well, Treyvon, thank you. I've worked in retail in the past, as a cashier & a manager. The holidays are crazy & frustrating but, both Sharay & Treyvon treated me with kindness & understanding as if I was the only person in the store. I want to make sure they're recognized in some way for this. I hope they get more than just a pat on the back or verbal recognition because they deserve it. Thanks again to both of you. Kohl's is lucky to have y'all. Julie...
Read moreOk. Long story. So I bought two makeup products about a month before my last visit. I took both items in with me but didnât have a box for one which I knew they would tell me to get the box to scan it. My mistake was not going to customer service first and leaving the items so I went straight to the boxes and got one so she could scan it when I returned it. I walked out and the loss prevention guy came out and told me to come back in and give them my credit or they would call the police. He wouldnât let me show him where the unboxed item was on the shelf and insisted I took the product. I said no way. He said Iâll call the police. I said go ahead. Then insisted he didnât want to do that and said I have to give him my credit back or he wouldnât let me go. He wouldnât go to the video of where I took the box and not the product and was just as insistent that i took it as I was that I did not. I was embarrassed, humiliated, scared ..all because I wanted to return items. I finally just gave him the credit so he would leave me alone. I did not take anything! I almost went back in a day later but figured it wasnât worth it for $22 but the fact of the matter is I know what I walked into that store with. I wish higher ups would watch every move I made On the video so they could see. If you are reading this it happened about 730 pm and my name is Christy Justice On Friday Jan 17th. If I could give minus 100 stars I would. He took a pic of my id but I donât remember his name. Hispanic I believe and about 5â11 or so... I cried all...
