I sought out a massage half-heartedly but at the recommendation by my spine specialist towards the end of my spinal disc decompression therapy. I've had a million massage therapists who haven't been able to help me but agreed to try in hopes that I would find some relief from a decade old knot under my shoulder blade related to bulging discs in my neck.

Nicole is no nonsense. What you see is what you get and I appreciate her authenticity. She's rad. She's communicative and easy to be around. She has a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly skilled. I've never had someone tune in so quickly and explain things in such a practical way. The relief I've felt post-massage has been incredible.

Looking forward to booking a summer of massages when I return to Gaylord...

Nicole is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve gone to quite a few. She is sweet, professional and very knowledgeable about how the body works. She has helped with my back, neck, shoulder and hips. She can “get in there” and get those knots as well as stretch tight muscles and relax tension. My husband sees her also and I am sure she could help anyone....
