I just bought piece water from there and I have never had a more foul taste and vomiting fit imagine inhaling the inside of a tire..... All because they don't rotate their stuff iv talked to the company that makes it and because it's past expiration date it wasn't defective but was there last week no way I should get a bottle from 1/10/24

Jason has some of the best customer service Iā€™ve experienced since Iā€™ve been in Gaylord. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Amazing selection of products too with a variety of cheaper products to high end. Thank you for the amazing service!

Jason and I met after I had an issue with the other store we have in town (by five guys in Gaylord). I kept getting told there wasn't a manager there several times before finally reaching out to the downtown store where Jason is the manager. I told him the issue he had me come to his store and I was so lucky to have met Jordan, the district manager, he was very helpful as well resolved my issue and reassured me the other store is going through some changes. Josiah is another employee who was trying to help at the other store but because he wasn't the manager his hands were tied as to what he could do. Josiah works at the downtown store (in the plaza by Arby's). I love seeing his smiling face every time I go there. Their store is so much brighter and the atmosphere is much happier than the other store. I still wish we got points for vapes, for all the vapes and other stuff I have gotten over the years we should get loyalty points at least lol. Overall, the downtown store gets an A++ in my opinion!! They are very helpful and friendly!!...

I stopped in to this Wild Bills location at 619 West Main St. in Gaylord, MI today where I was greeted with 2 of the friendliest employees! I only caught one of their names which was Josiah! He and the other guy did an excellent job greeting me, helping me to find the products I was looking for and were just overall great people! I believe they should be acknowledged for their outstanding performance! I appreciate the awesome customer service and will continue going to this location for any...

Not certain of the gentlemanā€™s name & I do hope that I am choosing the correct store? The guy that works (assist) me is ALWAYS super helpful! Not everyone is kind to veteransā€¦Thank you so much for not rushing me & I will not shop at gas stations for vapes since I do not smoke anything! I only buy, you knowā€¦Those non nicotine things! Those flavored things without nicotineā€¦ yes! Much appreciation for your kindness sir! If Michigan keeps me, we might see you...
