francesca's — Local services in Geneva Township

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I was there on Saturday wanting to return something. The girls that were there told me they could only give me store credit if they can look it up in my account which I was totally fine with. So I gave them my phone number to look up my return since I didn't have a receipt. They found one of the dresses I returned and then she said the money was going back on my card. I told her I want the store credit without even giving me an option she does whatever she wants to and hands me the receipts. I really wish I was told what was going on with my transaction before you processed the return. Both girls had no idea what they were doing. I was told since it's past 21 days I would get store credit but I really don't know how or what card my money went back to. I hope this store really gets it together. I am a regular shopper and go there at least 3 times a month but now I definitely have to think twice...

I went in one night in desperate need of a dress for a wedding in two days. Kali (sorry if that's spelled wrong) immediately came up to me and began assisting me. Another sales consultant, Kaitlin (again sorry if that's spelled wrong) also assisted. These ladies were so incredibly helpful in putting together a full outfit. They dressed me from head to toe in a dress, shoes and jewelry. They listened to everything I had to say and never stopped smiling. These ladies also were incredibly honest, they were not just trying to make the sale, they were honest in telling me which dress they thought I looked best in. In less than an hour, I had a dress, shoes and jewelry for the wedding and I was so happy. Plus all the sales and discounts going on made the entire outfit so affordable. I know that I will not go to another francesca's after this, if I need an outfit I can go there! You will not be disappointed!...

I love Francesca’s and have shopped the brand for YEARS. It’s my favorite. I was happy to find out there was a store closer to me so I checked out the Geneva location. Store manager barely acknowledged me but acknowledged the two white women in the store, and I had to help myself to a dressing room in the meantime. I was going to purchase some dresses but was BARGED IN on in the fitting room (closed curtain) while I was naked. The employee never knocked or asked if I was in there, either, although the drawn curtain should’ve been explanation enough. Extremely embarrassing on top of being ignored. I walked out.
