Love, love my Kirkland's. Beautiful decor for home, in door and out. Praying they stay in business since Pier 1 is no longer in business. My 2 fav stores. Just returned a pottery utensil holder. The ckeek noticed a chip on the inside and asked me if I had noticed it. I had not. I only took it out of the bubble wrap and sat it on the kitchen counter. It was the wrong color. Wrapped it back up in the bubble wrap to return it. She gave me credit for it. They are always very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Store was rather low on inventory from my last time in there. I absolutely love shopping at Kirklands! I have found so many great items to decorate our home. What makes it fun to shop there are all the wonderful ladies who work there. Suzy is the best!! She has been so helpful and has such a wonderful personality!! Georgetown Kirklands is the best and I will continue to shop there! Love this store and love the ladies!...

Horrible customer service. Unfortunately I will no longer be shopping at this location or Kirklands again. I called customer service to report the incident at the Georgetown location and they didn’t help the situation either. Very...
