La Bella Casa — Local services in Georgetown

I brought my Mom to downtown GT to experience the cool shops. We had a great experience everywhere except here. We spent about $250 at La Bella and while we were checking out the girl at the counter was so rude. Okay, I’ll take it. A week later, I tried to exchange an item I bought according to their policies and arrived at 9:55 because their sign and google stated they open at 10am. I waited until 10:30 and the store was still closed. Other people were knocking on the door wondering the same. I had to leave and called the store around noon to inquire how I could make my exchange. Granted I was upset that I drove all the way to GT to find the store to be closed. When I called Julie answered and asked if they open at 10 am and her answer was “yep”. I proceeded to tell her about my exchange I wanted and after much argument and reminding her I was the customer she agreed to refund my money. I have shopped here for a couple years for everything from jewelry, purses, clothes, and beautiful Christmas decorations. The owners are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. I adore the golden retriever as he is just a bonus to the visit. I was there recently and heard a man went in there and didn't like something he saw that was being sold and decided to put out negative feedback on Facebook. I'm here to dispute his claims and state that this shop is extremely professional with superb quality products. If I had Facebook, I would likely get into a back and forth so it's good I don't. Bottom line is if you don't like products in any store, just don't go back. If you don't like service, than your ropinion deserves a review. Came in on a Saturday and wanted to purchase some boots that were in the window, the employee stated they had them in a size 8 but she couldn’t find them so she called the owner and she said she went home with the boots on. The employee got our information down because our friend was out of town and they said they could ship them to her. We came back the next day to purchase because she said the owner would bring them back. When we asked about the boots she stepped away to go ask the owner for them and stated that the owner said the boots belong to her and they have none left.
