The Dainty Doe — Local services in Georgetown

Update: I’m really bummed to say this, but I can’t stand by my previous five star review. The store is still nice, and the items are still cute, but the customer service is not great.

I bought my mother in law some earrings from here, and she lost one. I popped in to see if I could buy another set, but they were no longer in stock. The man working that day was very friendly, and said I could put in a special order; which I did. He said it should be a week or two. A month later I popped in to ask if maybe my order hadn’t gone through. The woman working that day told me, “If you put in an order then it’s in.” in kind of a cruddy tone.

At this point it’s been almost a year with no communication, so I don’t expect to get that order, and I haven’t purchased from them since. ☹️

From a popup at Georgetown's market days and Etsy, to a corner of Divine Treasure's, this small local jeweler's artwork has been a staple in our community for years.
