This was my first time here. When I first came into the salon, everything was beautiful, and everyone was nice. However, Vee-Vee did my nails; she was nice, but she can't really polish or do nails—at least not my nails. My natural nails are long, and I needed two to be repaired. When I came in, my original request was to have gel nails with French tips. I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but I also wanted my toes polished. Overall, my experience was terrible. While Vee-Vee was doing my nails, she asked if I wanted pink dip or natural dip. I had no idea I was getting an acrylic nail overlay until after the fact. But honestly, that wasn't the main issue for me. The problem was when she polished and filed my nails. They looked okay if all you cared about was the front view and people not looking too closely at your nails. Because if you looked at them from a distance or at a glance, you might have thought she did okay. She did a French tip, but let's just say she didn't complete the nails. The two nails she repaired had bubbles, and overall, they weren't neat. There was acrylic all behind my nails, and they weren't properly filed. The French tip didn't extend to the end of the nail. I also wanted a French to match my toes, but after seeing what she did to my hands, I just told her to polish the toes. I was so upset, and she wanted to fix it, but honestly, my mom said, "No, that looks very bad. Why would you even pay her to do that?" They looked really bad. She also said the acrylic was applied too thick, and the filing wasn't even. The polish just looked very unprofessional. The guy, whom I’m guessing was the manager, wanted Vee-Vee to fix my nails, so he argued with my mom, saying that the person who did the nails should fix it. But honestly, that wasn't going to work. So, what ended up happening is that my nails were repolished and filed by a guy named Tim. He does a great job; he takes his time and really cares if your nails look good. I give him a rating of 5/5. I really wish he could have done my nails to begin with—then my experience wouldn't have been so bad! Let's just say, when trying a new nail salon, you have to know the right person to go to. Tim will have your nails looking great!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went to get my nails and toes done about a week ago. Got a pedicure, and dip on my nails. My nails started chipping and breaking the very next day. I called and let them know my issue. They said to come in and they would fix my two broken nails. After getting my nails ‘fixed’ that day, more nails started chipping by the day. Called them again and let them know my issue. They said to come in again and they would fix them. I explained to them that I would like to get my nails redone with a different material since I’ve been there 3 times in a week to get them ‘fixed’. Driving 25 minutes every time after spending $145. The guy at the front told me that they could not do that due to they don’t have enough staff and that they could only fix the one that looks the worse. I explained to him that I can not keep coming up there since I have one break EVERY DAY! He said that they only promise the nails to be good for a WEEK (dip) and that’s all they could do. I have had nails break every day starting the next day after getting done….This is very upsetting to be so patient with a service and still get told to deal with it. Please don’t waste your money here. You will not be heard or respected. When the business rather have you 25 minutes every day your nails chips to fix one nail and not just redo the nails with a better material after spending your hard earned money there, they just simply don’t care. You’re just another costumer and after you have paid, it’s no longer they’re priority.

I typically don’t leave reviews but.. while the nail salon is very aesthetically pleasing and the staff are nice, the nail don’t last AT ALL. I’ve gone twice and both times my nails have lifted and broken. I called and they said to come in and get them “fixed.” My nails were not fixed. The same problem continued. I assumed it was the tech and her being newer.. she was so sweet and it was definitely not a her issue. More of a product issue maybe? Not sure but will not be returning. Pictures are my nails 2.5 weeks after last visit.

We had been searching for the right place for my mom to get a pedicure; not only did they speak her language, but she felt genuinely happy and comfortable. After visiting so many places, we finally found one where she can communicate freely and feel at ease. My daughter also had a manicure and pedicure, and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. They even recommended something new to help care for her nails, and she was thrilled with the overall service. The place was exceptional, and every staff member was incredibly attentive. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. A special thank-you to Tim, who took wonderful care of my mom during her pedicure and gave her such...
