Every time I dine at Ming Chung, I do my best to navigate the all you can eat Sushi menu. Too little , no problem, just ordered more. Too much, is the problem as it takes time to finish ALL of what one orders with big eyes, and almost big enough stomach. It's well worth every penny, every time I have been there, which must be at least a dozen by this point, it is always fresh. Much better than most ayce sushi i have even seen. I love this building. Like seriously love it. You won’t find anything like it anywhere. The wooden beams, the angles, the architecture is unique but that’s only part of the charm. Every year it’s getting improved, both in growth and upgrades. The management really cares and has treated us better then we experienced anywhere else.
