I went in to get a Replacement battery for my iPhone 6 as a diagnostic test indicated that I would need a new battery. First I went to my local Apple Store and was told I would need to wait a couple hours and that they may not even be able to finish it by closing time. So I then went to my AT&T store which was nearby. They told me that Batteries Plus which was right next-door could change the battery immediately. At first the sales person at Batteries PlusI led me to believe that I would get the exact same battery as the one at the Apple Store. They also said that the cost to me would be the same as what Apple would charge, $29.95. Both were incorrect. However, I did not find this out until I returned In 30 minutes, after the battery was replaced. It ended up that the battery cost $39.95 after a $30 rebate and that it was a different brand of battery than the one sold by Apple. But that was the least of my problems. When I got home, I found out that the earpiece speaker no longer worked. I took the phone back to the store and they put in a new earpiece speaker. It still did not work. Then they told me me they needed to send my phone in to their company to get it repaired and that it would take at least three or four days. Unfortunately I need my phone for emergency calls related to my work. . I could not be without a cell phone for three or four days. I asked if I could take it to the Apple store and have Batteries Plus pay for the repair resulting from their mistake. They told me that I would have to call the store manager the following day. This was extremely time-consuming and frustrating. I had to spend several hours trying to rectify this situation, when I was initially hoping that I would save some time by having Batteries Plus install the battery. I just wanted to update my review. After an initial bad experience, Jordan, the store manager was able to resolve my issue the next day and was able to fix the problem that the initial technician said was unfixable in the store. Read moreI was going to wait for call back before answering this request, but It's been more than a week after they installed a replacement screen on my iPad Mini and the new screen had a vertical line in the display that the technician couldn't clear up. He (Adam) believed it was a faulty screen and had no more in stock and said he would order more and let me know when they could redo the job. I took the iPad with me as I use every day in my work. I called them after a week and having heard nothing, was told their truck comes in on Fridays. It's now the following Tuesday and still have heard nothing. To make matters worse I discovered in using the pad that now the Bluetooth no longer works!

I come back three hours later to have them tell me they will not perform the service because my phone was replaced through insurance. The next day I went to Batteries Plus and they did the job that what Apple would not, and honestly did much better work. The associate at the desk was friendly and professional.
