I purchased a gold rope. When I got home, I realized I didnât really care for it so the next day within 24 hours I went to the store to return it. The worker informed me there is a no return policy and my receipt is stamped final purchase which I did not notice. Seeing I did not notice this and there are no signs in the store anywhere with this policy, I feel like it was a very sneaky move. I had them contact the owner/manager He was not willing to give me a refund, even though it was within 24 hours. Then stated for me to come in the next day so we can talk about it. He gave me a time frame that he would be there. I called between that time and he was not there. I called the next day and he was not there .
