Manager Kianna was rude at the register and over the phone. She acted like I was an inconvenience for even ordering there. I said please, thank you, have a good one regardless and she rolled her eyes and walked away with an attitude. Okay? Went home, tried one of my Cinnabon rolls and it was raw in the middle so I called to get a credit for one. She asked if I could come back, I said no, then asked if I had a receipt I said yes, gave her the number and she told me I couldn't get a refund unless I brought it back. I said so the receipt didn't even matter? She huffed and said to call back in 30 minutes to talk to the Gm tianna. I did and was told she wasn't working that day. What was the point of calling back if you knew that? She told me Tiana had said I couldn't get a refund unless I brought it back. Ive never as a food service worker have asked someone to do that, so it strikes me strange during a pandemic to bring back already handle food. It's unsanitary and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the company that this is how they are represented by a manager no less and their customers are treated poorly when it's on them that their food quality standards were not up to par. One of their names was Kiana and I apologize because I’m not sure if she was the employee or the manager. I had ordered Uber Eats and only half of my order was delivered. I called the Uber driver and he didn’t offer to get the rest of my order, but blamed the employees at Cinnabon. I called Cinnabon and had the best service! She was super professional and helpful as she worked with the manager on a solution. I asked if my card could be refunded and they advised me yes when they could have said I need to take it up with Uber Eats. The employee and manager then advised they would call Uber Eats and get it taken care of. I then received a voicemail letting me know that my card will be refunded. Read moreI LOVE Cinnabon!! That having been said. I had not been in this mall for quite sometime. My wife happened to be there shopping and thought she would surprise me with this wonderful treat. To her shock, a single large Cinnabon is now almost SIX DOLLARS and a box of small ones of 9? is something like $23 plus! My wife was incredulous that these treats had gone up in price SO MUCH. Even the young girl working there said sheepishly......."yeah, they've gone up a little". I completely understand "inflation" and rising food costs.
