I came here because the reviews were positive, but I was utterly disappointed. A guy did my pedicure while a lady did my manicure. I was watching him because he was being careless. He overfiled my nails and he started cutting into my skin while tending to my cuticles. He kept going despite my cry of pain. He made it bleed and I only caught a glimpse before he hid it with his hand and a towel. It was bleeding so much that he wiped it with a cotton ball. Fortunately, the lady took over. She told him something in a different language and I assume it was a negative comment because she had to go back to each toe to complete the pedicure. I told her what happened and she put some kind of ointment that helped with the sting. The manicure was not the best I have had either because my nails weren't thoroughly painted. The only positive was the lady, but I won't be coming...

I had called in to get a pedicure with my wife 6/19. They said with no hesitancy that there was availability. We were only 5 minutes away so we immediately drove there. When we got in it wasn't busy but they asked us to wait. Their communication was very lacking as they did not say about how long it would take for their other customers to finish up their sessions. It was a bit empty too as well. We waited for about 20 minutes before calling it quits. No communication at all and not even a "wait we can get you soon". We will not be back.

2 stars is just mainly for communication since we did not get offered any service so we do not know if it is good or not. But based on the bad communication I have no doubt that it might be bad since they don't ask you if everything is okay or not. Look at the other bad reviews to really see if they are...

the first time i went for a dip manicure here i had 5 breaks in less than a week, i went back and they redid it but they cured the dip powder with gel polish and it changed the color -- the part of my nail is a light nude/purple and the part over the extension is a much lighter/more transparent version of the purple dip powder i wanted so my nails have a weird ombre effect. now less than a week after they redid them one of the nail extensions is already breaking off.

the woman next to me was getting some really great nail art done and the artist suggested i do gelx instead of dip but gelx isnt what i asked for originally -- maybe gelx is their speciality and it would be a better product but dip shouldnt be on their options menu if theyre going to do...
