Thai Original BBQ Restaurant — Restaurant in Glendale

If I could give this restaurant a zero star, I would. Took my family there for lunch for the first time and would never go back again. Food was okay, not that good. Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea were quite disappointed, both were way too sweet. Placed orders for a few dishes. Waitress got the order wrong on one of the dishes and argued that we were wrong and she was right! She insisted that we should accept that wrong dish and wouldn’t admit that it was her mistake. The waitress was very unprofessional. While we were eating, she kept asking us personal questions like where we lived; how long we had been living in Glendale; where I worked; where my kid went to school; etc. She was asking the other waitress of how much the other customers left for tips an complained that they left small amount. Doesn’t the restaurant owner train his/her employees customer service? We came to eat. We wanted to enjoy our meals. We wanted privacy, not a stranger to question us on our personal life. She should learn that “customers are always right” and should not argue with the customers. With the experience we had at this restaurant, if you think we would go back of the second chance,...

Very BAD!!! I enjoy the food here, its not bad but the SERVICE here is off the charts BAD! Yesterday night my family and I had dinner here with some family friends. There was a total of six of us dinning. (4Adults2Children). After being seated for 10mins, we still didn't know who our waiter was. I asked to please see my waiter so we can place our orders. We ordered 6 glasses of water and only got 3. After about 5mins we flagged down another waiter as ours was no where to be seen. Let me tell you the water there is horrible ! WORSE THEN TAP WATER. We also had to flag down the waiter for an extra spoon because we were missing one. This wasn't the 1st bad experience I've had at this place. I sure wants going to leave a tip. Right before I leave this OTHER waiter comes up to me and says, "Excuse me was something wrong"? I said "no, Why." Waiter- "Because you didn't LEAVE A TIP This lady was DEMANDING I LEAVE A TIP. She was crazy. I felt embraced for taking my family out there that night!!!! IM SHOCKED DONT DINER HERE YOU CAN FINDER BETTER FOOD IN THE AREA.

To top it off, another waiter came...

I was in the mood for Thai barbecue chicken and this place is called tybarbecue Well the chicken was overcooked for starters but it got better from there they had no fresh garlic in the entire restaurant they had no hai chilies again in the entire restaurantNow if you're eating authentic barbecue in that style you have the option of having Chilean garlic with your chicken they had no such option and it's totally typical for ATHAI restaurant to have these condiments I then asked for the very common typical fish sauce with chili that is on the table at every single Thai restaurant except this one

I looked around there were no Thai people in their either GI wonder why

The waitress was polite but she said we don't have fresh garlic here we don't have Thai chilly either I said wow you're not really a thai restaurant

So maybe other dishes are good but g's don't go here for barbecue it's like...
