this is the worst Chipotle ever and shame on Chipotle corporate to hire people like Emily so called general manager to abuse costumers they these guys are moron and dumb they cant do anything correct they gave me wrong order I came home I called so called restaurant they didn't pick up the phone I had to drive there to change my order I called that uncivilized monster manager which her name was Emily she cam with full of attitude I told her this is not your first time you give me wrong order and not only that there was hair on my food that's so disgusting and this wasn't their first time this was their second time that happened to me I was so angry and upset she didn't apologize at all not only that she was very rude and was yelling on me who hell is she to abuse costumers and yell at them SHAME ON CHIPOTLE CORPORATE THAT READ BAD COMMENTS AND DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION WHICH HAS THE WORST EMPLOYEES AND THE WORST MANAGMENT they don't care about anything I saw employees they don't care about hygiene at all they answer the phone and touch other things and then they serve your meal no wonder I get sick every time I eat here never again till chipotle corporate take action they read all comments but they dont care at all shame on chipotle corporate and Emily the so called manager this is the worst Chipotle on the Glendale stay away from this location till they fix their issues I will for sure report to health department about...

I'm a Chipotle Fanboy. I go to lots of different Chipotles scattered throughout the general Los Angeles county area. I must say that this Chipotle, just like many other locations, are flawlessly cleaned and sanitized. The condiment area is neat and orderly. The fountain drinks are not sticky and are always filled. Chairs are always tucked in. The outdoor eating area at this specific location is my favorite. It's usually shaded by the adjacent buildings. The streets are quiet and beautiful. It really makes a guy feel good. My one issue with my visit today was that the workers were stingy with the veggies and meats. I go to Chipotles all the time, and I know how much is a normal serving. What I received was not it. The reason was because the containers were running low. But I mean who gives them the right to give me half of a normal serving just to leave some for future customers? Bro, I'm already here. Your future customers aren't here yet. I still love Chipotle, but I was just disappointed. Prepare the stuff so the containers are always filled! I would understand if it was near closing and they didn't want to make too much, but it was literally lunch time. That's dumb. Advice? Don't go around 12PM - 1PM. This is the first reveiw I have ever left for a fastfood place. Feeling like some Chipotle today, I went into this store at about 11:15 a.m. The music was really LOUD. There was one person at the front trying to make the food and handle the register. She was doing the best she could. The 15 minutes I stood there, only one customer was helped from ordering thru paying. The next customer starts to order his food, the young woman trying to help turns around to cook in the back and says "We need beans, both black & brown." Mind you, the place had just opened. I look at the grill in the back and it looks like a warzone. It is completely black, smoldering, littered with what appears to be chicken parts. Another employee shows up around 20 after the hour and disappears. The food preparer (the guy who was just told they are out of beans) decides to cut chicken. He pulls out a couple of pieces of chicken, starts slicing, decides his knife is dull, stops, goes to the back, I can hear him sharpening for a solid 60 seconds. Comes back out, looks at me... WIPES THE KNIFE ON HIS DISGUSTING APRON! and starts slicing chicken!? This is when I know I'm not eating here and walk out.
