A representative from the business called me directly to apologize for my experience at their establishment.

I accept the apology. I informed him, I would consider giving them another chance. Based on we all are human and things happen.

I reiterated that customer service and how you treat people should be at the forefront.

I gave this place so many tries. I’m now over it. They rush and are rude. They pick who they want to be nice to and I’ve seen them talk to ppl rude., including myself. The owner and the male nail techs that sit up front (Austin and the other guy ) are condescending. They talk nasty about clients in their native language. I have recorded them and asked my friend to translate . They are nasty and don’t like Americans. I recently went and got a mat black polish and immediately when I got home and washed my hands the pant was chipping away. I went the next day to get them fixed and again the same thing happened. Throughout the fixing of the nails the owner was rude as if this was my fault. Handling my hands so rough . Throwing on the cuticle oil on my knuckles , missing my nail beds completely. I wanted to cuss his a$$ out but decided to just handle this situation a different way. I will never go back. They feel so entitled because their business is booming and lack customer service. They see ppl as a dollar sign and they don’t like Americans/ certain groups of people . Ive watched and heard them say so. Literally worst experience ever. Me and bestie same salon 23 years! We moved to the west valley trying to find out home salon and this is by far the worst one! First of all we hate gel on our toes we like to go on the mountain when it chips it flakes the whole toe sheet off! We don't like it we like reg polish for told. The lady starts arguing with me then tries to discount the gel like hi lady idc we don't like it she gets loud says it again only $5 then everyone's staring she's acting like it's about money so everyone can hear i tell her again we don't like it on our toes only fingers! She had truly embarrassed us She starts tradhing us to her buddi3s really loud about half way thru tries to convince us again. I needed my nails color changed to match my I tell them that I just had them done just a polish change.. he argues with me u had a polish change last time u need a fill... I didn't come here last time and this is a new set I just hate the color and wanna pay to change it. He argues no u had polish change last time what are u talking about bro do I even know u!? How are u telling me what I had. He tries to convince me a few more times than is rude to me tells his coworker. She comes to look to convince me. Then I still say I just need polish changed me. Finally he does it he's pissed he has an attitude! He starts cutting my nails off all short all pissed all different lengths and pointed in the middle of square nails one a whole one hand just the rudest experience ever! I have to ask him to file the weird point in all the kiddles off. I have been a client of John for a while and as a loyal customer I followed him all the way to his new location even though it is a 30 minute drive for me. Very disappointed at his treatment towards a loyal customer. I showed up to my scheduled appointment on a Friday just so he can tell me he can not take care of me and asked that I go with someone else. After he kept insisting I said I would with his wife or another tech that I have used before. He said ok but still sat me with a young boy I had never been to before I said no he insisted and I had already driven all that way so I stayed and he did not leave my nails looking right at all. When I was done John asked if I liked them I said no he looked at them and agreed they weren’t right. He asked that I come back on Sunday and he would fix them for me he did not charge me. My daughter had an appointment scheduled with him on Saturday and told me to take her appointment and get them fixed because we had a church event that evening and didn’t want me to wait till Sunday. So I went only for him to do the same thing! He tells me I told you to come back tomorrow and I said why would that matter if it’s me or my daughter I am here at the appointment time and he was just now starting a fresh set! He did not care told me to go to Starbucks and wait and he would message or call me when he was done in an hour. Needless to say I did not wait and guess what? He never called so I could’ve been waiting there for hours and he would not have cared. Very disappointed will be going back to old nail salon or looking somewhere new.
