The food is horrible. If I could give zero stars on everything, I would. I was tricked into giving five stars on yelp, for for a free churro which was gross and didnt even take a bite. This was my 1st visit here, and last. Plus I will most likely tell everyone I know all about it. I believe they haven't changed their grease in a very long time. The cinnamon crisps are full of grease. Also I wouldn't even do a review. I dont like giving bad reviews. I would have just let it go, but I tried to call to express my concerns and the person on the other end of the phone was simply rude. She said go ahead and update your review and feel free to tell all your friends that this place is horrible. She was very condescending and rude. I was being very nice just letting her know at first this happens, i'm just not happy and I'd like to bring it back and get my money back.I didn't eat any of it. I just want to return it. It could have been left at that. Not sure how a business like this is gonna stay in business when they treat their customers the way that they do. I told her that I would bring all my food back and that I would just like a refund that I had only one bite of the rolled taco and could smell the stale grease. Unless you want to be treated unkind, and you want some very gross food. I wouldn't bother. I will not go back. The only good experience out of this was the girl that worked the drive through. She was very kind, but the other two girls I spoke with were rude. They don't care about customer service at all. That's not how you keep customers and...

I wish I ZERO stars was an option. DONT WASTE your time and your money on this dump. They opened a new location by our house and we wanted to try it. We got a green chili burrito and a grilled chicken burrito plus a serving of fries. The green chili burrito tasted sour. GROSS! I hope you guys are not storing cooked food for days and serving to customer. Instead of getting a grilled chicken burrito, they gave me a carne asada. The meat was so overcooked and dry. The fries, horrible. Frozen fries from the store taste better than those.

Now wait for the worst part. My husband calls to complain and ask for his money back. Do you want to know the answer? This employee Jesus told my husband that in order to get a refund we had to take the food back! My husband asked: "So you are basically asking me to go through my garbage to take your food back?" He replied, "Yes, that is our policy". Are you kidding me? NEVER heard of a policy like that.

But there is even a worst part. My husband told this guy Jesus. Well, I am sorry but I am not going through my garbage can to take this trash food back. His answer was: "Well, that is the policy and if you don't bring it back your are no getting your refund" AND HE HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND!

Burros and FRIES, SERIOUSLY???? You have one of the worst customer services ever, along with your food.

This won't stop here. My husband will be contacting a supervisor, manager, owner or whoever it takes to make sure they know how you guys are running their business...

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Drove to eat there from Tucson, Az cause me and my husband love this place or should I say loved. Got there at 9pm, 2 whole hrs before closing. When we got our food, not to mind we paid over $50 for 2 ppl we didn’t get lemons. When I asked for some lemon the girl in the front said there’s none, like who eats Birria without lemon or carne asada without lemon that’s like eating nachos without the nacho cheese. And let me tell you the nacho bar had a lot of lemons cut up and ready for the next day. I asked if we can have some of those and the girls said no because they were for the next day like I said there were still two hours for them to close and there was no salsa or lemon at all. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I don’t know if I’ll be back like I said we drove over two hours just to eat there for nothing. I told the girl we drove from Tucson just to eat there and she didn’t give a crap they could’ve literally have given us lemons from the ones I had cut up, but they decided not to. She went to the back to see if they had any after I insisted and she probably brought like half a lemon cut into four little sizes which was not enough for a whole order. All the employees were looking at us like if we’re stupid cause we wanted lemons. That’s something g that should be stocked at all time at a place where they sell BURROS and tacos.
