I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at Cabela's in Glendale. On two separate occasions, I spent my time and money on Uber rides to visit your store with the intention of purchasing specific items that were clearly listed as "in stock" on your website at that location.
To my utter disappointment, both times I arrived at the store only to be told that the items were not actually available! This is not only incredibly inconvenient but also a blatant disregard for your customers' time and resources. As a result of your inaccurate online inventory system, I incurred unnecessary expenses on transportation, twice!
To add insult to injury, instead of offering any real assistance or solutions, the only recommendation I received from your staff was to visit Shootersworld. While I appreciate the suggestion, it completely misses the point. I came to Cabela's because your website indicated you had what I needed, and I expect a certain level of reliability from a reputable retailer. This level of irresponsibility and the lack of accurate inventory management is unacceptable and frankly, insulting to your customers. My time and money were wasted due to your store's negligence. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustrating and costly ordeal.
