Don’t waste your time or Money! The manager with long hair is extremely rude and unprofessional. The ice was melted and we didn’t even get on the ice because another little Girl slipped in the puddle and broke her tooth infront of my kids so they decided not to go we didn’t even have our skates on and he refused to give us a refund when I asked for someone above him to talk to he claimed he was the owner and gave me his card which stated he was only The GM. He ended up calling the security and cops on us and scaring my children. I got online fount the real owners info and gave him a call and thankfully got a refund. The owner was very nice and understanding and told me to turn around and he would instruct him to give me a refund since I didn’t get what I paid for. Skate Westgate is a nice stop if you are wanting to let the kids get out some energy or if you can't get in to one of the skating rinks. The rink does runs higher than the actual ice rinks, I believe $19 without your own skates for 45 minutes of skate. The only downside to not bringing your own skates is that the rink gives hockey skates. So if your not use to skating on those you either feel like you'll buckle or you will. This place is a straight up rip off. 60 dollars for 3 people, skates were loose, didnt even go around 1 time because my ankles were damn near caved in, I collapsed in front of the gate and the goofy kid renting the skates kept yelling at me to get on a bench with my ankles at a 45 degree angle.
