Bar Louie - Westgate Entertainment District — Restaurant in Glendale

I've been here twice within the passed 3 weeks. My first visit, it was open seating so myself and two others chose to sit on the patio, where other diners we're eating and drinking. It took 30 minutes before I ran out of patience and walked inside to ask for somebody to come out and work with us as waiters and waitresses were helping other customers but not even looking in the direction of our table. The waitress seemed pleasant, although my guests were less than cordial with her. The time between the waitress checking up on us was long every time, although the restaurant was not busy. Food came out at a decent pace from order and the Bulleit Burger was great! We enjoyed the food so much that we decided to come back again. Our second visit was just about as rough with the service, and it was the same waitress that helped us the first time. This time, we were greeted a little faster but still a little too long in my opinion. Again, the waitress was too long in between table checkups, the food this time was also disappointing, it came out a little cold and took about 10-15 minutes for the staff to come by to bring the dipping sauces we had ordered with our meals and we still didn't get some of it. By the time the sauces came, some of us had finished the food we wanted it for because the food had gotten cold waiting, and others simply did not eat theirs, decided to throw it out and not eat at all because it got too cold. I ordered the Bulleit Burger again but was disappointed that it was cold and the cream cheese spread was just a very small square, still cold, in the middle of the bottom bun. It makes a big flavor difference when the cream cheese spread isn't there and makes the burger taste more like any other BBQ Bacon burger. After all this, our night was topped off with watching 3 cockroaches scurrying around the patio. In my opinion, that's not the fault of the restaurant so much as it is of the venue being outdoors and within close proximity to other business and water features. It then took the staff a really long time to bring checks for some of the others members in our party which made us late to our next obligation. After this last visit, I don't really have a motivation to return and both times our bill was close to $80 for the two of us, so I'm kind of relieved to not want to go back and spend that kind of money, and the other 5 that came with us have the...

I used to like the Louie bar, but on Monday 11-11-19, we went with my friends at 5 pm and to eat and have a lovely afternoon, everything was fine until I fell coming back from the bathroom and nobody helped me just a man who was watching football. He went to tell the waitresses that I had fallen they call the manager Justin Hernandez who asked for a towel and cleaned the floor where I had fallen and filled the incident report and asked for medical assistance, Manager Justin Hernandez is not friendly, and bad service also our waiter Alberto, first very slow in service, forgot to bring water that was asked several times. After my accident, we asked for the bill. My friend told the waiter to put everything together and divide for 3, and He brought the bill, and we paid with three credit cards, then my friend at the hospital said to me that the waiter told her that she was missing $ 15 and she said, how? If you already put us all together in a bill and this waiter ALBERTO said I am not going to pay your bill ( very rude ). If you do not pay, you cannot return to this restaurant,( a client should not be treated like this) my friends they didn't pay and they went following the ambulance and they did not pay you because he supposedly had to have collected everything in a bill and seeing more as I was sore. My son was with my daughter; he takes her for a walk and the way back to go to the car; the waiter stops my son. He tells him that we left without paying the bill and made him pay my son the $ 15, and even more, my son give him $ 10 extra to this man who did not deserve it. The manager, as the waiter does not deserve to work there for poor customer service. It is not a joke to fall my back hurt, my right hip, neck and my spine affected and you do not care at all, I am communicating to all our friends of this service and what happened to think two times before going to Bar Louie and if they do not let ALBERTO be your waiter.
