We called a head of time and was advised the days hours of operation & that reservations CAN be made online. We were thrown back when we walked in for a table & were asked to step outside to go online and set a reservation as they were on a reservation only schedule. The reservation was immediate which made the scenario all the more redundant. We've been planning to go for two day and were excited, so we pushed on. We were greeted warmly upon our second entrance.. it's almost as if they knew we had a reservation therefore treated us as consumers. Either way, the food was immaculate. The server was hot on his feet and held an upbeat attitude start to finish! It was at the end that troubled us the most. We finished, cleaned up our mess & wrote a thank you note to our server out of the sauce left on the table. We then requested the check, only to be informed the systems went down. This is fine, nobody could have helped it from crashing. We waited 20 minutes and decided to continue our day. We went up to a hostess and provided our identification card. We explained how long we've wait for the systems to return and wanted to walk around the shops. We promised to return, of course we had to if we wanted out IDs back. She denied the ID and asked for our bank cards.. We explained how that would cause more of an inconvenience if we were to be browsing and found something we wanted - we wouldn't be able to pay for it if we gave her our bank card. She tells us the systems being down isn't her fault and she can't let us leave. Thankfully her supervisor comes in the door at that moment as the systems returned and she cashes us out. The supervisor apologized for the wait. The wait was fine until "hostess doing the mostess" decided we were her captives.
All in all, the only suggestion from us would be to train employees to know their position. Had she grabbed her supervisor before hand, I think our experience would have ended on a lighter note.
Update: We went back 2 weeks later and ordered to go to...
Read moreI had the worst experience in your establishment and no one tried to really help with what happened. My sister, daughter, niece and I show up Sunday evening after having a volleyball tournament at the Cardinals Stadium all day. We all ordered food, 1.5 lbs shrimp head-on, lobster, corn, potatoes, fried shrimp, and I ordered the soft shell crab basket. After waiting for an hour all the food comes out but mine. The server says it will be right up. She brings out food that I did not order with tomatoes on it which I am allergic to. She then takes it back to the kitchen. Comes back to say the kitchen is now closed I can give you this food at a discount. I was extremely unhappy and alarmed. I just said I was allergic and why would I pay for something I didn't order. I asked for the manager and a Team Leader walks over per his badge and says he just found out about it and there is nothing to be done. The other people at the table wanted to give their food back considering I had nothing to eat. I didn't feel like we should all go home hungry. I believe this was a lack of caring about your patrons. Something should have been offered to accommodate the mistake your staff made. Trying to give me something I'm allergic to and asking me to pay for it was a lapse in judgement on your staff. The server admitted that she put in the wrong order and yet and still nothing. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and the way you do business. I am also not understanding why all the white customers around us recieved their food in a timely manner yet ours took an hour and we didn't complain once until I was told I get nothing to eat. I asked for the GM information and was given Gabby's email written on a piece of scrap paper. I am confused as to why I wasn't worth giving an actual card to either. This was the worst display of customer service I have ever been given. I can't say if this locations food is good or not because I had none. I can say the lack of service skills will always hinder...
Read moreMy daughter and her fiance really wanted to try this restaurant, so we went yesterday. From the beginning this was a bad idea. We checked in per the instructions on the door, by scanning the bar code. After about 15 minutes of waiting, my daughter went inside to make sure the reservation was submitted. The waitress seated us right away and there were 4 tables available. So I'm not sure why we were waiting outside for so long. The chairs at our table were dirty with food, so we had to wipe them out. While reaching for the napkin dispenser, we realized how dirty it was, with big particles of food. For some reason, we still decided to stay, even though our waitress was not friendly at all.
My son in law ordered the chicken tenders, my daughter and I ordered the crawfish/crab bucket for 2. They brought my son in laws food way too early, he was already finished by the time we got ours. The food was decent that's why I rated this place 1 star, although the shrimp were not deveined. We had asked for lemon, which we never received. We asked for tools for the crab, which we never received. We never received a refill on our drinks either. The restaurant was not crowded, to warrant this lack of customer service. There were less than 20 people total.
We watched the hostess clear off a table near us and she was not wearing gloves. She just put a new plastic table cover on and immediately seated a couple. Never used a rag to wipe down the chairs or the napkin dispenser. Didn't even spray sanitizer.
We were very disappointed. We will not go back. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. And if we end up with covid, we will definitely know where we got it! I hope the Management read these reviews and take appropriate actions. You need better service, friendly employees and please clean your facility per...
