Everything was okay, until me and my group of 7 ended at the checkout and I went up to pay and the guy at the register started asking me about a random lollipop I had I put back. I was immediately confused because I wasn’t even thinking about it. Another lady comes up, she was the manager her name is Drea she asked what the problem was, the guy explained and the lady started coming at me rude and basically started to accuse me of stealing some random lollipop. I was confused because I had swore I put it back. She basically continued to accuse me of stealing this random lollipop that is worth maybe a dollar. My friends and I ended up finding the lollipop, I put it on the counter and left. I was so disgusted with my experience and annoyed. Don't waste your time had no visible line or place to line up so when I walk in the employee yell and me where at max compasses so I walk out and wait and she dose not tell me where the line starts and instead let a bunch of other people in when I was waiting The employee just stands there folding shirts and doesn't instruct anyone where to stand or where the line starts there's no signage or indicator of where to lineup and the employee shows new carrot all in what goes on she just barks orders and doesn't show any Passion or care for what's going on Other stores in the mall also have lines but they have employees that either direct customers where to lineup or have signage for where to lineup this store has neither and is a waste of your time just do the right thing in order it online from some other company that doesn't treat...

Customer service is horrible My friends and I went there and the girl at the cashier was super nice ringing up my two friends, but immediately when it was my turn and they walked away to go look at something, the cashier lady was extremely rude to me and had a huge attitude which I don’t appreciate, and I was not doing anything wrong or being rude to anybody. Then about 30 mins later we went back to Spencers to look at the cups, and a different employee girl is yelling at a young girl saying she stole something for about 20 minutes, called in security AND police, just to find out she was telling the truth for the past 20 minutes and she never stole anything.
